Eveything is great except the bathroom smells stinks like unflushed toilet. For the breakfast its buffet but i suggest to have like fried chicken instead spicy chicken for kids. Overall 4/5. For dome menus, i suggest the ribeye or any meat must be served hot not cold.

The service was excellent, and the staff paid great attention to detail, making every effort to provide helpful information for our stay. The place is beautifully decorated and clean. We booked a family room on the first floor, which allowed us to easily walk out to the swimming pool and other communal areas. The food was delicious, and we were impressed with everything throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place!

Booked this hotel based on good reviews especially many mentioned good breakfast. We didn't like it. Most food are cold. Eggs are all pre cooked. Pork and chicken congee no heat up. Also tables are not clean fast.
Room toilet is not clean. There are mould and stain. Room is average. For TV, no English movies. Only thai local programmes. Very boring as we wanted to chill in the room watch movies. Water bottles is free for 2 bottles. Additional bottle will be charged 20B.
We didn't enjoy the stay much. Will we come back again? No. There are other better resorts. Overall I'm not impressed with this hotel.

My experience at Lacol Khao Yai was delightful, marked by friendly and helpful staff. The spacious room was clean, featuring great amenities, although the gym was quite small with limited equipment. The pool, however, was well-maintained and inviting. The hotel's location is fantastic, providing easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it's a lovely choice for those looking for comfort and convenience, despite some facility limitations.
