Beautiful stay in the tents
The sound from the tree frogs at night is very nice
The tents don’t look the cleanest but you cannot keep it perfect white
AC very good
If you're looking for accommodation for a business trip that offers good quality and value, with clean and comfortable rooms, excellent services that meet your work needs, as well as high-quality lotions or bathroom amenities, this place could be one of the best choices for both relaxation and work at the same time!
The entire hotel is indeed a beautiful one. The staff are all accommodating. They even made a bed greeting for our wedding anniversary. Such a welcoming gesture. The buffet breakfast is also superb!
The only problem are the flies all around the place. Sometimes, going inside the room would have flies coming inside with you. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant experience.

Wow, this place in Khao Yai is awesome! The rooms are super clean, and the breakfast is incredible, especially those soft rolls the owner makes. They also have a bakery, Queen of Bakery, which the owner runs too. When we got there, they gave us a welcome drink and ”Durian” cake, plus a really yummy blueberry cheesecake (if you're not into Durian). The vibe there is great, and you feel so relaxed. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, even when people check in late. I totally recommend staying there, and I'm definitely coming back next time I'm around.
P.S. There's an Amazon coffee shop right in front of the hotel's soi, and it's like, 500 meters from the National Park entrance.
Well if you want to a day and night experience europian sorrounding without leaving thailand, then jt is highly recommended to check in at u khao yai. From the very gates of the resort, walking and hallway area until your very room delivers a breathtaking western style. Halls, walls desk and cabinets decorated uniquely on style. Foods at the morning were combination of thai and wertern style
My friend recommended this hotel for our golfing trip in Khao Yai.....clean, good location and very service oriented. Breakfast is ample and good too. Thanks
The room was clean, generously sized, and featured a very comfortable bed. However, the pillows lacked proper support, which unfortunately left me with a sore neck each morning. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Communal areas are well-maintained, with plenty of charming spots to sit, relax, and enjoy the cool breeze, as well as spacious grounds for walking.
We were slightly let down by our room upgrade. Although we had specifically requested a quiet area, we were placed next to a family with very loud, screaming children, which made it hard to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for.
Breakfast, however, was the most disappointing aspect. Based on the glowing reviews, we expected a high standard with good variety, but what we experienced was quite underwhelming—basic, uninspired, and far from memorable. For a hotel of this calibre, the breakfast offering felt like an afterthought and is an area that clearly needs significant improvement.
Peaceful location, love the quietness in the morning when you wake up, and you can hear the birds chirping. At night we can see the clear sky with stars.
However the shower area in the room was leaking, and the water took awhile to drain away at the shower area so will need to stop the water for awhile or it will build up a mini flood in the shower area.
The drive in at night is quite dark down a dirt road without much lights. However there are signage along the way to guide you and when we reach the glamping area we were welcomed by arches of lights.
The area can be quite cold at night we went in Dec so we had mookata for dinner and it was good. Saw some people having grilled meat too. The check in area is actually at the restaurant. The service is good but the staff do not really speak English but we got by with Google translate.
There is an outdoor playground for kids and also and indoor play area but the indoor play area mat was stained so we just wore shoes in and there wasn't anyone tending that area. The whole area is big with Man made waterfall and a bridge further away but we did not walk up to the area, nice places for photo taking.
Premiumly the best hotel.
We highly recommend this place when you come to Khao Yai.
We stayed at other hotel with the same star range as La Casetta, but I can never recommend others more than this place.
The environment. The cleanliness. Especially the staffs and service, just simply the best and the kindest.
Truly 5* in all aspects. Beautiful huge property with the rooms surrounding a lake, giving great views in the day. But don't worry about the size of the area, they have buggies to shuttle guests around. Our 2 bedroom suite was a huge comfy space, a master bedroom with a huge bathroom that comes with a luxurious bathtub. The other bedroom had 2 single beds with an attached bathroom with a standing shower but still spacious. Huge sofa in the living room (which can possibly sleep another person) and a dining table, all in between the 2 rooms. Everything is well maintained and clean, mini bar all inclusive, it's funny how they continue stocking the fridge even when we didn't drink any. I love the open wardrobe concept. Wished they had a full length mirror in the Twin-bed room though.
The breakfast spread is good, a wide variety including live stations for eggs and congee and cuisines ranging from local Thai to international. They also have an extended selection on the weekends including a noodles live station. The pool, right beside the breakfast restaurant is a little small but enough to keep the kids occupied. The water is perpetually cold regardless of the time of the day. Staff here are excellent, always full of smiles, friendly and welcoming, from front desk to the buggy drivers, to the servers at breakfast.
Certainly my choice hotel if I ever return to Khaoyai.

Outstanding
GGuest UserHotel room and facilities were amazing. Great view of Khao Yai with private pool and large balconies. I will definitely be back!
BBrightwisdomVery good, everything, excellent clean room Complete service in every aspect The calm atmosphere is perfect for relaxing and recharging your batteries. Not too busy, bathtub, swimming pool, smiling staff, service with heart, excellent restaurant service. Vegetarian food is available. The food menu is all good. Worth the price, beautiful location
TTomsrgGood atmosphere, suitable for relaxation, clean, everything is good. The breakfast that was received from the reservation is very good, delicious.
GGuest UserWe booked the villa with a private pool and were not disappointed. The staff were very welcoming and attentive.
The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and well-appointed. We even decided to have dinner in the room to enjoy the place for longer.
It is a good place to stay if you intend to tour the National Park.
PPreamvareeThe room is clean, but a bit small. The water in the bathroom, toilet, and bidet are very light. Must have employees come and fix it. The size is smaller than I thought. In the picture it looks quite wide. Good service staff But asked for a high floor room but got the 2nd floor. I couldn't take photos of the beautiful view. The accommodation has many zones for taking photos. But going during Christmas the price is quite high. Compared to other 4-star schools that are bigger and more beautiful. But at that time, every other place was full. Breakfast tastes average. There are a few to choose from. There is little parking, no indoor parking. The location is good, acceptable, but not worth the price paid.
RRobert Alan MorganThe apartment was beautiful and spacious. The air con in the bedroom was not as good as in the living room which made sleeping slightly uncomfortable initially. The tv only has Thai channels which is a little disappointing. Overall, it’s a beautiful place and the free onsen visit and breakfast were bonuses. The breakfast was a buffet with everything you could imagine. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
MMaggie0199Right next to the checkpoint to enter Khao Yai National Park. Ideally located in the middle of nature but close to many restaurants. A very good experience, the room was clean and the bed comfortable!
