Great for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it.
Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too.
There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go.
You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.)
The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.

I used it at short notice for a live performance at Impact Arena. It was fine as long as I could sleep, so it was good value for money. It was hard to find the location, so the taxi driver called me, which was very helpful. When I got out of the taxi, the manager was there and showed me to the room, which was very helpful. Otherwise I might not have been able to get there.

I wish there was a hair dryer.
It was exciting in the sense that I could experience everyday life in Thailand. It's close to the arena, so I'd like to return.

The room is clean. The owner is lovely. The walkway is a bit scary. It is near Impact, convenient for those who want to watch a concert.

The room was okay to sleep in and was clean. However, it was very difficult to get in and out of the building. We arrived at around 11pm and the building door was closed. We had to wait a long time for someone to open it. Parking was also very, very difficult to find.

The room is fully equipped, but the entrance is a bit scary. Overall, it is convenient. It is not far to walk to Impact Arena. If you take a motorcycle taxi, it is 20 baht.
