I am very demanding and I hope this review helps the structure, first and foremost, and above all to other customers who, like me, want to be hosted in the best possible way. I'll start with the welcome: polite even if unprofessional with a request for immediate payment upon arrival, which in my opinion was exaggerated for those of us who stayed just one night. The room: singular details offered by the package we chose, satisfactory, but the room is dark with a window onto a dirty apartment balcony (there are renovation works on the exterior underway) and a very dirty and rusty mosquito net. The view is terrible, but obviously it depends on the indication of the structure, in the town and not in the countryside or on the sea, which certainly penalizes it quite a bit. We had a hydromassage tub in the room, but we were unable to try it due to lack of time, however in the spa, a service we had booked for a relaxing massage, the professional who welcomed us had to perform two operations (one for me and one for my husband, had kindly put a hydromassage tub into operation while waiting for the turn) and I tried it: the water was cold, the jet insignificant, the wear of the tub evident and unpleasant (brown line at water level) which it inhibited the use of the one in the room. Poor cleaning: in the bathroom the toilet was not perfect: dust accumulated along the walls, the visible brush was not white. The television positioned in the canopy of the bed, comfortable: too bad you couldn't change the channel. Dining room, food and service, respectively: elegant, good and courteous. In conclusion, for what we paid these details could have made the difference. Not bad overall, but I wouldn't go back.

Hotel che ha rispettato pienamente tutti i nostri requisiti. Personale veramente all'altezza e di una cordialità che non si trova ovunque. Fin dal primo momento ci hanno dato tutte le indicazioni che ci servivano. La nostra camera aveva tutti i comfort: aria climatizzata, balcone, bagno spazioso con piatto doccia soddisfacente e pulizia impeccabile. Inoltre colazione abbondante e menù pranzo e cena super squisiti. Possibilità di utilizzare la palestra, solarium e vasche idromassaggio. Anche la posizione è strategica, abbiamo visitato Taranto, Bari, Monopoli ed Alberobello. Complimenti, continuate così. I ragazzi di Caserta ringraziano!!! - Daniele e Anna
