This hotel provides you with various menu of breakfast including traditional food. It was delicious. The room was clean but not quite. We can hear clearly when someone talk or walk outside of the room.

The hotel with a good location and good environment. Service is very good. And very clean. The breakfast very good taste.

I could say that this hotel need renovation The location, facilities and aminities are good But the room so old and a bit creepy Ahha~ i found cockroaches in the room and toilet-.- Disappointed for 5 stars hotel

never knew the restaurant for breakfast only served indonesian food. and just my preference i dont like the shower. staffs are friendly and helpful, good job! me and my family stay here for my wedding and overall is good

Location strategic. Room is on smaller side and they don't provide babycrib. Cleanliness needs to be improved. But their breakfast was superb. Pool and kid playground also small. The highlight was only the breakfast

The hotel is about 100,000 IDR by taxi from the airport. It has never crossed the Ampara Bridge. The lobby is very grand. The main structure of the hotel has a sense of space, but the facilities in the hotel room are a bit old. There are no towels but bath towels. The hotel is on the side of the road, on the road The noise in the room on this side is a bit loud, the wireless network will be stuck, and the lunch is average. excellent service ever!!!!.. very recomended hotel in Palembang.. we arrived in a evening, the security have a good knowledge of service, help us to call the bellboy and bring our luggage to the lobby. the customer service very friendly and helpful. i got a lot of convinience and highest service from them. the room cleaniest hotel room ever. we got connecting room. the swimmingpool is small but no worries kids got a lot of happiness play on it. last but not the least.. they offering palembang foods' breakfast. the choice is not as much as i though but its enough to taste a from the sour savory food until sweetness.. maybe next if i come back palembang , will chose this hotel agai.. thanksss all staff the excelton more success and famous!!!

Room is very nice, view are amazing, food are nice, staff are friendly especially on the breakfast area, been staying in here for bussines or family pleasure and always been happy with the service, will stay in here again next time.
