A nice enough hotel but completely incompetent staff. Tiny car park, with a faulty door that damaged my car. Have tried to contact Marriott and Hotel directly, multiple times to resolve complaint but being ignored. Wouldn’t recommend!!!

Good choice when in Palencia. It has a garage and it is 15 min walk to downtown Palencia, which is very nice. Breakfast was great and room very clean. Aldi and fast food in 2-3 min. walking distance. Acroos the street is a local restaurant Fully recommended.

Excellent Room, spacious and very clean. Reception was not particularly efficient as they had my details from a previous visit a few earlier but had aligned someone else's passport as mine On the system ! Evening meal was a debacle. The waitress was totally indifferent and despite showing her on Google translate the words "well done" which she acknowledged, our meals came out pink and bloody in the middle. However, breakfast was a superb contrast with a very friendly and helpful waitress. Car park charge is totally unnecessary by the hotel if using the underground car park and outside parking is a few spaces or use the road. Very unlikely to use this hotel again.

Friendly staff for check-in and breakfast which was plentiful and high standard. Free car parking and hotel is perfect for Palencia location. Only negative was noise from other rooms as walls may be thin but I would stay here again.

Decent hotel on the edge of town. Nice room, good breakfast. Bathroom has some issues: an ill-fitting glass door, which is pretty annoying if you need to use it in the middle of the night and you do not want to wake your spouse with light & noise. Also, the toilet is almost underneath the sink, which means you need to be very careful not to hurt yourself when you want to sit on it or stand up. I have some back issues and I needed to twist my body painfully. I wish the toilet and bidet would have switched places.

I come back here regularly and really like the place. The service is good, the room and bed great. Safe in the room, a desk to work at, a mini-bar, TV, good shower, toilet articles etc. The breakfast buffet is good, with both warm and cold food, and most things you can ask for. The only negative is that it’s almost impossible to regulate the room temperature. But there is a door/window you can open when it’s too warm.

La verdad es que Palencia tiene una oferta hotelera muy corta. Este aunque es el que más nos gusta es un lugar "sin Alma" Otro problema es que está a 30minutos andando del centro. Sin cafetería, con máquinas expendedoras a la entrada... Se aparca fácil en el exterior

Quiero expresar por este medio, mi descontento con el hotel, explicando brevemente en que consistió. Hago la reserva , me viene confirmación del mismo; pasados unos días me envían un correo comunicándome que había habido un error en la reserva y que ahora se veía cancelada. Señores del Hotel, eso está muy mal, corrijan sus deficiencias comunicativas, y no confundan a los que quieren alojarse en su establecimiento. Siento , créanme , escribir textos como este.
