I had a great stay in the hostel. After a year on the road this place had some of the best staff I’ve experienced. Always happy to help and very informed on the different transport options available to access the beauty’s Palenque has to offer. I appreciated that they didn’t try and sell tours but had your best interests at heart all the time. Special thank you to Vanessa and Ydali also who really helped me to get to San Cristobel on short notice. Hope to be back in the future

It was really good! One of the best hostels I ever stayed at. The kitchen was super clean and had everything you need. The common areas are cozy. Beds are comfortable and showers are really good! It is really clean, the dorms are cleaned everyday and even the beds are made! The kitchen is also cleaned everyday. The staff is really friendly and helpful, and they offer many good services fx luggage storage and laundry. And locations could not have been better. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

helpful staff and great location near the ado, rooms very clean as well as bathrooms cleaned regularly. Nice array of facilities and outsode area. Also arranged luggage store for me free of charge and extended WiFi access as well which is very useful.

The hostel is great, and the rooms are very comfortable. The location is also very close to the bus station. Very chilled vibe and a nice kitchen and communal area. But mostly I'm a fan of Vanessa and the staff at reception. So lovely, helpful and kind. Worth staying just for them!!

Comfy bed, nice outdoor space and good kitchen facilities. Air con not very strong in bedrooms so quite hot at night. Had a massage at jade spa and did a tour organised by the hostel and both very great. Massage was very relaxing and got a 20% discount as a hostel guest.

Really comfortable beds with air-conditioned rooms. Chill outdoor space with jacuzzi for relaxing after a day sightseeing. Well equipped kitchen and friendly atmosphere. Staff were extremely helpful and helped us book a tour and store our luggage as we had a late bus.
