We arrived after dark, and the road in was SCARY. The appearance was not good. The room is okay, but up 4 flights of highly slick tile steps. Then the restaurant., we ordered from the menu , guacamole, oops they were out, ordered Tecate light Beer, oops, they were out. I was not impressed with the attitude of our waiter, we ordered Tradicional Tequila and Oops, he was out, so he brought us Don Julio. Now food was better than okay but when you have to sub it isn't the best. Then he overcharged us and has to make it right. The room was tolerable but not what you would expect. I will never recommend this place to anyone, i even chewed out my travel agent for sending us here. Just say no! .

La comodidad de la cama fue excepcional, el hotel está fuera del ruido de la ciudad, muy seguro. El único pero que le pongo es que solo faltó un poquito de limpieza en la habitación y la atención del bar fue un tanto complicada ya que tenías que estar buscando al encargado para que te hiciera unas bebidas y llevarlas a la alberca

Hoy salgo del hotel, Antes de hospedarse les pediría tomen en cuenta estos tips si son viajeros exigentes Es un hotel muy básico, no tiene secadora, ni cafetera, ni teléfono, las regaderas no sirven y el clima tampoco me quede en la habitación 520 El personal no está capacitado hablando de las personas de recepción me dicen una hora y entre ellos no asumen nada de quien dice que horario de que horario pasan por ti. Alimentos y servicio de restaurant bien, Las instalaciones bien pero si falta mucho mantenimiento de las habitaciones Creo que con un poco de esfuerzo puede mejorar la experiencia.

Bonito lugar, tranquilo con alberca ,bar y restaurante, la comida rica, habitaciones agradables, no solo descansas sino que disfrutas tu estadía, si les falta un poco en rl servicio, ya qué se ven un poco malencatadas, pero no son groseros

Un hotel que tiene la gran ventaja de estar en medio de la selva buena comida platillos muy bien servidos servicio un poco lento sobre todo lo de la comida Habitación cómoda sin ser extraordinaria quizás un poco de mejor mobiliario faltaría En la alberca falta ambientación y evitar que los clientes lleven vidrio a la misma

El hotel es pintoresco, se encuentra rodeado de mucha vegetación, estuvimos un día y para ir al centro necesitabas un taxi para trasladarte, hay que subir muchas escaleras para llegar a tu habitación, está en desnivel. Las habitaciones bien y con aire acondicionado, cuenta con alberca y un restaurante donde comimos y desayunamos, un poco lento el servicio.

Es una pena, porque tanto las instalaciones como las habitaciones son bonitas, pero les falta mantenimiento y en el caso de la habitación, limpieza. Y aún siendo esto último “grave”, para mí lo más reseñable es la apatía del personal. El chico de los desayunos prácticamente te mira mal y el que estaba cuando hice el Check in, resultó la persona más desagradable que me he encontrado NUNCA en ningún hotel. Así que lamentablemente y por primera vez en mis más de 3000 opiniones en Tripadvisor, tengo que dar una opinión negativa.

Es un lugar súper acogedor, las habitaciones son lindas, me parece una excelente opción para descansar y estar en contacto con la naturaleza, la atención es buena y la comida también lo es, aunque les falta un poco más de variedad.
