Well where do I begin the hotel is very run down needs a lot of work the rooms are falling to bits the food is the same every day i can't wait to get home we have been here for 2 weeks never again will we come back avoid i have taken photos of the hotel and my room this is not a 4 star rating it's not even 2 stars so if you are giving this a 5 rating you must be in another hotel not this one

We stayed at Blue Princess for 10 nights in mid-May. The location is stunning—peaceful turquoise waters nestled among mountains—ideal for relaxing and boat hire. However, the hotel disappointed. Definitely not 4* Our small bungalow near reception had a great view, but the room was damp with a musty smell, rusty fixtures, broken showerhead, leaking from ceiling when raining. Toiletries weren’t replenished, towels changed only with tips, and no iron was available. People frequently walked past our terrace, limiting privacy. Restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming, but drinks were limited to one small 250ml plastic cup per person at a time. Cocktails were unavailable during 1st part of our stay but offered after May 20th—disappointing for those visiting earlier. Plastic use was excessive. Guests should be allowed reusable cups or bottles. The upper bar had great views but no toilet—an obvious hygiene issue. Wi-Fi and signal were poor outside reception. Beach towels required a €10 deposit and €1 per swap; loungers were €15/day. Meals were only at set times, with minimal snacks. No indoor area to relax if cold after 11pm. Stunning location, but the hotel needs major improvements before we’d return or recommend.

Everything is nice about Blue Princess!!! The minute you arrive you are welcomed! We arrived in the night and they gave us nice sandwiches! Receptionist was very polite and friendly! Area is very picturesque and beautiful! There is nice pool and also sunbeds on the beach. Water taxi provide nice service to bring you to beautiful monastery. Cleaning service is good. They literally look after you. Their chef is very good. Food is delicious. They serve authentic and worldwide food. And inquiries dealt very efficiently. All your needs are met. Our recent 25th wedding anniversary trip was severely compromised by significant deficiencies at the hotel. The initial room was damp, resulting in wet clothing. The patio door curtain was improperly sized, leaving a one-foot gap on each side. The frosted glass entry door offered insufficient light control. Housekeeping standards were unacceptable, with staff observed smoking outside the room. Further issues included mold in the shower, stained toilet fixtures, and persistent dampness and a malfunctioning shower in the replacement room. Communication challenges arose due to limited English proficiency and uncooperative reception staff. We strongly advise against choosing this hotel. The significant incline to many rooms also presented accessibility challenges. Our conversations with other guests revealed widespread dissatisfaction.

Stunning Location & Views: The hotel is beautifully nestled on the side of a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea, with breathtaking views of the water and nearby boating activities. The sunsets alone are worth the trip. On-Site Dining: There's a charming restaurant (not buffet-style or part of inclusive) on-site serving fresh catch-of-the-day fish a highlight for seafood lovers. Friendly Staff: Bar and restaurant staff are warm, helpful, and welcoming, adding to the relaxed atmosphere. Entertainment: On select nights, you’ll find live music, singers, and Greek nights, which bring the place to life. Main Pool Area: Spacious and relaxing, with two additional pools — all with nearby bars included in the all-inclusive package. Bar Experience: A lively bar with a wide selection of drinks, from draught beer to cocktails. Music is great (though loud at times). Buffets: Breakfast is simple, occasionally featuring hash browns, while lunch and dinner buffets offer a decent, varied spread including pasta, spicy and creamy dishes, and fresh salads. Water Activities: Boating, pedalos, kayaks, and paddleboards are available just down the beach. The sunset cruise with Ninos Boats is a must — only €35 including wine and incredible views. Clean Facilities: Toilets around the bar area are kept in good condition. Over all A GREAT HOLIDAY.

Avoid at all cost!!! 4* wouldn’t even give it 1* to be honest! Well where do I start Food poisoning for 4 days and talking about the food it’s basic and cold. There is no variety and once I was better we ate out as couldn’t risk it. The drinks are served in plastic cups. The place is on a hill so you will need to hire a car. There is a beach very close but apart from that there is nothing to do. The room is up a steep hill so if you like hiking this hotel is for you. The nearest shop is a mile up a steep hill. There is no safe, kettle or phone. The towels are stained, no WiFi apart from in reception and restaurant. There is ants everywhere The shower was cold and the bathroom had holes in the wall. The staff were unhelpful and not friendly no service with a smile that’s for sure. Take my advice stay anywhere but here.

5star All staff are friendly and welcoming and will go the extra mile.food is fantastic fresh and hot, The complex is vet clean and is cleaned 6 days a week, quite hilly but will take you to the shops on request, The sunset trip is amazing and higly recommend, the settings and views are amazing and couldn’t ask for more,
