At the reception we’re very friendly, the breakfast was very good, I took 4 beds and it was full. The place was very silent. Was a little kitten as a welcome man😁

My First Hostel Experience — And It Was a Blast!
Ostello Bello Palermo was my first-ever hostel stay, and honestly — it was an amazing surprise! At first, I was placed in a room with all guys, but when I asked to switch, the staff quickly and kindly arranged a change for me. Each room has 11 beds and 2 showers, and everything was super clean, which I really appreciated. The common area is lovely — warm, welcoming, and full of life. That night, there was a DJ party that lasted until 1 a.m., and sleeping was definitely not an option… but I was in the spirit of experimentation, so I just went with it and ended up dancing and having a great time. I met some amazing local musicians who were born in Palermo, and we had such a fun night hanging out and talking. It felt like a truly authentic and spontaneous experience. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly — especially one guy at the reception (I wish I remembered his name!) who was just the sweetest. Thank you for making my first hostel stay so special. I’ll never forget it 💛

Great place with an amazing ambience. Different areas to spend your time and relax. You can even use food ingridients available in the kitchen to prepare your meals.

Common kitchen was great! It was spacious and filled with cooking equipments. Room was also spacious. Security to the room is also quite tight. Check in and out was also a breeze. Free welcome drink was provided. The coffee there wasn’t that good though.

It was clean and nice. All the staff were friendly. However, the accommodation is a bit far from the city center. But I walked everywhere. Haha

Reception 24-hour service. The room is quite large, but feels relatively empty, the toilet is good. But the air conditioning is rather cold. The hostel is near the road, 9am has been woken up by the sound of cars on the road, additionally checked luggage will be charged extra.
