Michele went out of his way to help me find the property and assure the vehicle was safely garaged for the stay. Property within blocks of historic city center. Just a few blocks away from city hop on-hop off bus lines.

We can only advise against this "hotel"!!! Where should we begin with the criticism here? When we arrived, there was no one in the accommodation. We received a call from the owner who gave us the door code. This accommodation is an apartment where the individual rooms are rented out. The walls are accordingly thin. In addition, all the doors to the individual rooms are open. We went into the wrong room first and were called directly by the owner. He told us we were in the wrong room. How did he know this without being there? Because the hallway is under video surveillance! This immediately gave us a bad feeling! Furthermore, the windows cannot be closed completely, so you can hear all the noise from outside! There is no trace of the promised "city view" (see pictures). Due to these circumstances, we did not want to stay in this accommodation any longer. The owner, however, was reluctant to do so. So we contacted ******* who, after comparing the photos we had taken with the advertised photos of the accommodation, agreed that the accommodation did not match the advertised photos! Fortunately, we were then allowed to leave.

Excellent property in a quiet but central area of the city. All attractions within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are all new, clean and comfortable. Ours was equipped with a kitchenette with espresso machine, minibar and even a hydromassage tub with chromotherapy in the bathroom. Good breakfast, both sweet and savory. Mr. Michele was very kind and very helpful. Absolutely recommended...Palermo with its baroque is fascinating, not to mention the suggestive markets

Brand new room, equipped and well cared for in every detail. The exposed shower and integrated lights are spectacular. Excellent location a few steps from the main attractions of the center of Palermo (Politeama, Teatro Massimo, Via Maqueda). Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was normal, perhaps for being in Palermo you could be a little more daring.

You can only find good cleaning but old, worn out and graying towels, not to mention the poor breakfast and moreover it can happen that there is no place for everyone as it actually happened that a couple had to eat on the balcony.
