I am a travel agent and I booked my client and her granddaughter a weeks stay. When they get there it is nothing like the pictures or the description. It is a room in a lady's apartment, it was dirty and she felt that it was not what she had agreed to with the pictures and how they described it. When she saw the place she left immediately. We have been trying to contact them for a refund and have not been helpful at all. Needless to say I will not be sending anyone back there.

It is a scam, what you hire does not match what they offer you when you get there. The photos they publish do not correspond to reality. The address is not the one they send you at first. Terrible experience!! Laura told us that she had made an improvement for us….. dirty apartment and in a terrible neighborhood!!!

At six (our arrival time) in the evening we looked for another accommodation without success. We didn't sleep for two days we were practically on the street with the voices of people walking right outside the door, two single beds, with a television that worked only if you have a Netflix account It's not right, it's not the property we booked and that we saw in the photos and read the reviews
