The hotel is in a great location, and the person that works there is so friendly and polite. Great location. The hotel, was a little lack luster for the price, but, you are really paying for location and boutique feel. I’d recommend.

Wonderful boutique hotel well situated at the entrance to historic Palermo. Lovely rooms and a welcoming staff made our visit perfect.

We enjoyed the quiet but central location. We were able to walk everywhere. Our room had a huge private terrace with comfy outdoor furniture. The hosts were gracious and helpful; they also spoke very good English. We had every amenity, good lighting, comfy bed and pillows, good linens. Breakfast was great with many choices. Highly recommend for your Palermo stay!

We stayed at this B&B hotel for the first 2 nights of our 2 week vacation to Sicily early October. We arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport through the hotel. This worked out great. This is a really unique quaint hotel. It’s more like a B&B. Our room was ready early so we got to check right in. Their elevator was broke but Dante brought our 2 large suitcases up to our room. Several floors. We had a nice big balcony overlooking the gate to the old city. Really cool view. Our room was a nice size, the bed was comfortable, there was a fridge, sink, and a small kitchenette type area. The bathroom was quite small. The shower was tiny. We’ve had this in hotels during other trips to Europe so we expected it. The breakfast was nice up on the outdoor patio with the same view our room had. Dante served great cappuccinos and the simple breakfast was enough for us. We don’t usually eat big breakfasts. The location of the hotel is close to all the old city historical sights you’d like to see but just outside the gate so you aren’t right in the thick of it. Plenty of restaurants and shops right there. Dante arranged a private driver for us when we checked out to head to Cefalu for our next 2 nights. I’d recommend this hotel but understand it doesn’t have 24 hour desk person. You lock the door and unlock the door of the building yourself. But it’s a comfortable stay.

Very nice Small hotel. Great location. Clean and super friendly. Dante was fabulous. He takes care of you. The breakfast was substantial but he made it all special. Highly recommend while visiting Palermo. My favorite spot in Scilly. It’s real and has amazing beaches close by.

We stayed here for a few nights prior to joining a tour of Sicily. Loradana kept track of us and made sure we were on the correct train from the airport. We had a little trouble finding it on foot, but the location was perfect as it was quieter but still centrally located. The rooms were modern and comfortable. Dante and the rooftop terrace for breakfast were a true gem! Buffets included plenty of options from fresh fruit to eggs and breakfast pastries. Dante kept the cappuccinos coming! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. Easy walking distance to downtown Palermo.
