Hôte très désagréable, toc à la porte à 8h du matin, puis rentre sans attendre de réponse (j’étais nu) pour nous reprocher d’avoir « cassé la machine à café » je m’habille alors pour aller voir, une capsule de café était juste coincé lol, il nous a ensuite accusé d’avoir bu trop de café qui était je précises gratuit (8 expresso a 4 wow la quantité !!!) et à ensuite voulue nous facturé ceux-ci, nous avons bien entendu refusé, il a voulu nous mettre la pression en nous montrent les caméras, au moment d’accepter il a bizarrement changer d’avis et nous avons pu partir.

Bonjour, très belle Hôtel très bien situé propre tout parfait sauf… le gérant. Il y a une machine à café à l’étage, moi et mes amis en on prit 2 chacun sur une journée et le lendemain il est venu il a ouvert la porte de la chambre à 8h du matin et nous accuse d’avoir cassé la machine à café donc on va voir on regarde et enfaite il y avait deux capsules qui ont bloqués l’appareil et ce ne peut pas être nous car quand on a finis de l’utiliser il n’y en avait pas. Suite à ça une fois qu’on débloque sa machine il nous accuse d’avoir tout bu (+20 cafés) alors qu’on a du en boire maximum 8-10 (mini expresso) entre 12h et 06h du matin. On lui explique que non avec des arguments il ne veut pas nous écouter et nous explique qu’il va nous montrer les caméras et nous facturer 20€ le café donc on lui répond « d’accord regardons les caméras alors » et là il a commencer à bégayer et donc on est partis. En bref sans son caractère et sa tentative d’arnaque ou je ne sais pas ce qu’il a essayer de faire ça pourrait être un bon hôtel.

Très jolie, très propre, plutôt bien situé dans la ville et abordable niveau prix ! Cependant le gérant n’était pas du tout agréable, ni accueillant ! Cela nous a fortement gâché notre séjour à Palerme, surtout en tant qu’étranger ! C’est dommage, pour le coup je ne conseille pas !

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. A pochi passi deal centro e con posto auto nel cortile. Siamo stati fantasticamente bene. Arredamento nuovo. Molto pulita ed ordinata. Ho dato 9 e non 10 come voto complessivo perché il letto poteva essere un pò più comodo. Intendiamoci: abbiamo dormito bene e le 2 giornate a Palermo sono letteralmente volate. Dimenticavo di dire che il gestore è stato sempre cortese e disponibile ed inoltre risponde subito. Compliment

Ho soggiornato 3 notti in questo B&B insieme ad un gruppo di amiche per cui abbiamo affittato l'intera struttura che si compone di 5 camere da letto ,ognuna con il suo bagno interno. Ci siamo trovate molto bene ! Ottima la pulizia delle camere, gradevole l'arredamento, zona molto tranquilla e anche molto comoda sia per raggiungere a piedi la maggior parte dei palazzi, delle chiese e tutte le altre bellezze di Palermo sia per la fermata del bus per e da aeroporto ( circa 500 m. fermata Politeama). Nella struttura è presente un piccolo angolo con frigo con latte e succhi di frutta, macchina del caffè con cialde e zucchero,, microonde e qualche snacks e bustine di tè. Molto comodo anche il boccione di acqua, che viene rifornito se mancante, al momento delle pulizie giornaliere. Ci sono tazze e piattini, ma solo bastoncini mescola -caffè. Suggerirei di fornire qualche cucchiaino e qualche coltello... Grazie a Pietro della ospitalità e gentilezza.

Très bel endroit, bien placé dans Palerme. Pietro est très accueillant. L'appartement et les chambres sont confortables, très bien aménagées, avec goût. Tout est très propre, très pratique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas manger dans l'appartement, il y a pourtant la place. Mais les restaurants sont proches. Le rapport qualité prix est intéressant, nous avons payé 145€ + 8€ de taxes de séjour pour 4 couchages. Nous recommandons.

Location bella e strategica però per il resto è proprio vero che non è mai come sembra pulizia camere e bagno 4 giorni di permanenza mai puliti ne mai cambiato asciugamani o lenzuola se volevi qualcosa di pulito dovevi pagarlo e stato giustificato come regole della casa però quando siamo arrivati li non prima colazione zero non consigliato e sicuramente non ci torneremo mai piu
