I wasn’t too impressed as I only found out my room have a private bathroom outside of the room upon checking in (might have overlooked ghe description). This was a bit frustrating because it’s very inconvenient to walk a public space to use the toilet and shower facilities. Having stayed at a nearby accommodation the night before, which delivered much more than this place for the same price, I’m afraid I wouldn’t recommend residenza Wagner.

We received very good and professional service. Nice and quiet room with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Excellent pressure in the shower. Good, tasty breakfast. Grazie mille, Adele!

衞生情況不錯，工作人員會提前發訊息給我詢問入住時間，確定是不是在他們的工作時間內。不是的話，他們會給郵箱發教程，告訴你怎麼進酒店。衞生間是跟卧室分開的，但是不需要跟別人共用，衹是它是分開的。有送檸檬糖，工作人員很友好。

Fantastic location, poor breakfast for the price we paid, and the worst is the experience of staying outside the front door for an hour and a half. The management must communicate with the guests better so that they know when to come and find someone to let them in. It was a harrowing experience to be stranded outside without knowing who we should talk to . The management knew I booked it for 5 nights and they should have taken due care to receive us in as this is only 5 rooms bed and breakfast.

We were very pleased with the room which was clean and relatively spacious. The front desk staff were very kind about providing recommendations for restaurants and sites and helping with orientation. The location was great- very close to restaurants and walkable to the historic center. Be aware that the front desk is not staffed during some portions of the day so let them know your arrival time in order to get check in information. Had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

This accommodation was superb all around. The location is perfect within the historical section of Palermo, the host is gracious and very accommodating and the rooms are large/ modern and very clean. Also this accommodation is of great value.

Great location, very clean, great shower and helpful staff. Close to all we needed and surrounded by restaurants and bars. Lovely breakfast room with a good breakfast. Felt very safe here a good place to stay. Big bed and nice pillows, space in the room and the bathroom was large. We are an older couple and we found this place lovely.

For the great value, we were not expecting much. But we were welcomed with a fresh, clean well presented spacious bedroom and huge bathroom. We have no complaints. The location is great too with some lovely restaurants literally over the road. I would certainly have no doubts about coming back especially after landing in Palermo and staying only one day before moving ok elsewhere.
