Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights at the beginning of our tour in Sicily and again 2 nights at the end of our tour. Great hotel, super clean, friendly staff allover, rooms (2) were large and well equipped, minibar, TV, safe, great bathroom with the best shower, (water-pressure), I have ever experienced, free bathroom amenities but no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Location is good, no disturban of the road in front of the hotel. Good breakfast in the morning. Some minor remarks, in both rooms there were lights that didn't work. Still...many thanks for your great service !

My three generational family of 8 stayed here for 4 nights. Eugenio was the perfect host. He took great care of us from my booking in May throughout our stay in October. All the staff were excellent and accommodating. Our rooms with balconies were comfortable. The breakfasts on the lovely terrace overlooking the park were very tasty. And the setting adjacent to the park was beautiful. It’s calming to be in a quiet , green space when you’re touring a large city like Palermo. And they accommodated us with an early checkin which we appreciated after our trip from the US. Perfecto!

Excellent solution for accessing Palermo. Strategic location, not in the center but a short walk from the centre. Well-maintained, welcoming structure with all the necessary services for a business or holiday stay. Breakfast on the veranda on the fourth floor with a top view and a good range of products. To be recommended and I would return if I were to return to Palermo.

Already a customer. Excellent central location, easily reachable both by car and public transport, in front of the hotel entrance. Courtesy, availability, quiet, kindness, well attended. Breakfast on the external and internal terrace with a beautiful view. Adequate costs. Absolutely recommended. A few more accessories wouldn't go amiss (bathrobe in the bathroom, slippers, notepad with pen..)

The hotel is made up of a pleasant and well-kept building and is located in an excellent position in relation to the city centre. It is partially surrounded by a public park full of vegetation. The staff is courteous and efficient, both at the reception and in the services. Breakfast, which is served on a covered terrace with an enchanting view of trees and the city, is decidedly excellent both in terms of quality and quantity of the products offered. Our room was beautiful and functional. We greatly appreciated the advice of Mrs. Stefania and colleagues for choosing restaurants and which public transport to use. Our stay in Palermo was particularly pleasant also thanks to the positive characteristics of this hotel.

Every time I go to Palermo I always stay in this hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Gorgeous location with breakfast overlooking the English garden. Beautiful rooms, excellent location between Via Notarbartolo and Via Libertà, a stone's throw from the historic center but at the same time far from the nightlife. Gorgeous!
