Lady on the desk was very nice although we were charged $24 Aud per night extra for a cleaning fee that was not disclosed when we booked. We had no idea why we were charged this fee upon arrival. They should be more transparent with the costs. Although we paid for breakfast it was not available as the cafe they used was closed for the holidays & we were not offered any alternative so more money wasted.

Very bad experience, old, no elevator, poor security and sanitation around the train station, musty smell in the room, towels and soap were not cleaned properly. There was a power outage as soon as I entered. The most problematic thing is 1. Ctrip clearly stated in black and white that you need to pay 2.4 euros when you arrive at the hotel. Struttura nuova con il puntiglio delle cose fatte bene. Personale giovane e gentilissimo. Stanze molto ampie e altissime, ben arredate, con angolo cottura, tutto nuovo. Bagno ampio con doccia con idromassaggio. Spazi comuni al chiuso e all'aperto. Proprio di fianco alla stazione centrale. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, molto raccomandato.

Mi hanno assegnato una stanza per portatori di handicap per cui l'impatto non è stato dei migliori. Ho chiesto di cambiarla ma mi hanno detto che non c'era disponibilità. Nel bagno non c'era neanche una saponetta e non c'era un abat-jour vicino al letto. Inoltre le luci della stanza danno una luminosità molto triste. Il balcone era chiuso a chiave per cui non si poteva accedere. Devo riconoscere che di fronte alle mie lamentele si sono fatti in quattro e hanno portato sapone, shampoo e anche un abat-jour e la chiave per aprire il balcone. Questo però mi è costato una mezz'ora di perdita di tempo. Le cose positive sono l'ampiezza della stanza e un'area semi aperta dove ci si può intrattenere e fumare.
