The second time I was there was room N.3, always the first one, everything was perfect... Now the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired... A pair of black socks thrown away that turned white with dust in 2 minutes

My husband and I very much enjoyed our week stay at HOSPITALY HOUSE. It's a small hotel and in an excellent location, 10 minute walk to the historic town centre and the train station should you wish to visit nearby towns. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Many thanks to Emanuel, Giuseppe and Massimo for helping make our week in Palermo be so much fun. Highly recommend this hotel.

The structure is very simple but nice. It is evident that it has been recently renovated. Overall clean, a little neglected, they give a little tidying up every morning, even if a little limescale in the soap dishes and in the shower, the mirror is cracked. In short, well but not very well. We had a junior suite on the ground floor, small but cozy, the rather annoying flaw is that if the room is double you should have two places for breakfast. And know that the food is not the best. Very friendly staff, however, the reception is not 24h as described, the hotel is strategic for the center, the Ballaró is a 10-minute walk away, the station as well, the rest a little more, but if you plan to walk back to the area in the evening it's not really beautiful and you can't find anyone in the hotel. Let's say that overall it is perhaps slightly expensive for what it offers.

Rather neglected hotel. Dirty walls. The curtain in the room was torn. The broken and glued toilet seat. Mold in the upstairs bedrooms. A shame because the rooms are really nice as in the photos, but the maintenance and cleaning found are not worth the asking price. Excellent location to visit the city comfortably on foot.

Ho prenotato convinto dalle molte recensioni positive. Camera molto carina, ma troppo piccola, tanto che non riuscivo nemmeno ad arrivare alla tenda della finestra. Bagno con specchio troppo alto, wc in posizione non ottimale e con sciacquone difettoso. Comunque il motivo principale per cui do una valutazione complessiva negativa è il pessimo rapporto avuto col personale dell'hotel che si è dimostrato subito freddo, in seguito addirittura indisponente e soprattutto non professionale nell'accogliere le mie richieste. L'unico punto a favore è la vicinanza col pronto soccorso del Policlinico, che si trova proprio di fronte all'hotel, perché purtroppo ne ho avuto bisogno.

Hotel eccellente per la categoria e l’offerta. Staff gentilissimo, camera pulita e molto confortevole e spaziosa ( era la mansarda). Per evitare sprechi ho apprezzato molto la scelta della richiesta di ordinare la colazione la sera prima. Posizione non fantastica davanti al pronto soccorso ma per questo sicura per chi, come me, arriva alla sera tardi solo.
