Exceeded all expectations. Very clean, cosy and comfortable. Internet and show are the best. Location is perfect with many restaurants and cafes. The view is amazing. Marcello is very helpful and friendly owner. We had very good holiday. Highly recommended apartments.

This hotel is the fifth floor of an apartment building. It is centrally located. The owner is not on site but available by phone, so arrange when you getting there in advance. The owner clearly took time to decorate. There is no restaurant on site, but he gives you passes to another place for breakfast. The room is comfortable, and the bathroom is well stocked, and a decent size. There is a lounge. The owner gives you one key. The other people who live in the building were pleasant. There is an elevator.

We stayed in this exquisite b&b for three nights. The location was very central; just a 2 minute walk to Via Maqueda and a 5 minute walk to Quattro Canti. The b&b was very clean, modern, fully refurbished and our triple room spacious. Marcello, our host, was very welcoming giving us tips on places to visit and eat. We were given breakfast coupons for a typically Sicilian breakfast just round the corner in a pleasant bar. I’d highly recommend this b&b if ever you visit Palermo for a few days. There is also a direct bus service from Palermo airport (Prestia e Comandè) into the centre of Palermo (€10 return) and the B&B is just a five minute walk away from the second to last bus stop (via roma rinascente). So perfectly located.

Beautiful little apartment right in amongst the party of Palermo. Very unassuming when we got dropped off in our taxi, we had a moment when we wondered where the heck we had booked, but Palermo is like that, just around the corner was the most amazing party atmosphere and walking distance to absolutely everything you want to see. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and the main churches, the theatre a 1-minute walk. Perfect perfect place to stay. We had a nice little balcony which had great views, particularly at night. Our host was full of great information and very friendly. Only thing was the room was smaller than I had anticipated based on online photos. However, as there is so much going on in Palermo you don't spend much time in your room anyway.

Vado spesso a Palermo e ogni volta in questo b&b perché mi sento a casa. Il proprietario, innamorato della sua regione, è molto accogliente e da sempre buoni consigli per un soggiorno perfetto. Le camere sono belle e pulite. L’alloggio si trova in pieno centro della città, e offre una vista incredibile su Palermo. Lo consiglio veramente !!

Un b&b molto comodo al centro storico ben curato e pulito gestito da Marcello una persona veramente carina disponibile e che sa fare il suo lavoro! L'appartamento quinto piano è stato ristrutturato moderno negli arredi e nella biancheria. Io e la mia amica Desiree ci siamo trovate benissimo per l'accoglienza la comodità ed il prezzo 😄 grazie Marcello alla prossima 🙏
