In one room from air condition running water down, we i told it in recipient she told me all i can do is to clean,
In second room there were no air so we ask to move to another room ( in that room was pregnant women), they asked us to wait for day after, and they changed, but by the end they asked for change 20 euro
And in the third room we noticed that the close room can look inside the bath room . We complained about it and they said the they are not the bosses .
I refused to pay until the boss will came but he ignored us.

Simple breakfast. The room is basic for a short stay. Friendly staff. WiFi is only for 1 guest per room. No sea views or pool as stated in the booking.

I never review anything on the internet, but I made a trip advisor account just to make sure people knew about how awful this place was. We booked this place in the hopes of getting a rustic, charming experience but what we got was far from that. We stayed here after getting off the ferry from Dubrovnik on our way to Napoli. This was by far the worst travel experience we’ve ever had. Location - 1/5 The first thing to note is that this hotel is NOT in Bari. There are no Ubers and the taxi into town costs €30 every time. You’re far from everything and it feels more like a neighborhood hotel not meant for travelers. Rooms - 2/5 The actual hotel is converted from a fort of some kind. Our room was in what used to be a closet and had cumbersome lock. The beds were insanely hard. Even with great AC (the one good thing here), we got very poor sleep because of the mattresses. The shower smelled weird and was tiny. I could barely move my arms in there to clean my body. The room we were stayed in was a faraday cage and blocked all cellular service AND the hotel’s Wi-Fi. Service - 0/5 The staff acted like they were doing you a favor when you asked them for anything. When we asked about the Wi-Fi situation, they told us there was nothing they could do and couldn’t switch rooms. That’s it. The staff seemed irritated every time we asked them to call us a taxi - remember there are no Ubers or other forms of transport nearby. If you’re used to any form of service at hotels don’t expect that here. Breakfast - 1/5 The breakfast was truly the saddest I’ve ever had anywhere. Just some cold, unappetizing meats and baked goods. Really low effort here. At least it was included in the price so there’s that to be thankful for. Overall, I would say this place is one to avoid if you want a good experience. We couldn’t get out of the place quickly enough. Bari itself is charming and well worth seeing. I would say you’re better off staying at a hostel in the actual city over this terrible hotel. This hotel gave me a new low to compare every other place too.

Excellent location- wonderful kind and friendly staff. Served us excellent breakfast at 6:30 am for our early flight - near airport, sea and bari’s historic center is a short taxi ride away. Clean rooms. Great atmosphere as it is originally an 1700s farmhouse - even has the original chapel

We decided to spend the weekend in Bari. We checked *********** and found Masseria Sant'Anna in Bari Palese. The hotel was situated about 2 blocks from the beach. The room was basic and served our purpose. One of the best parts of the stay was meeting Samuela at the front desk. She was friendly, efficient and helpful. We asked her for recommendations for dinner and she gave us the names of three restaurants. On our afternoon walk we noticed one of the restaurants which looked really nice. On the way back to our room we stopped at the front desk and asked Samuela if she could write down the restaurants for us so that we could check them out online and make a reservation. Then we asked if she was going out to dinner with friends or family, where would she go. She gave us another name and we are so glad she did. The restaurant was very good, and even better, it was in a part of town we never would’ve seen had we not been going to this restaurant. It was about a 30- to 45-minute walk from the hotel, which we loved, and as we approached the area, we saw a lot of people (primarily locals), shops, stores and restaurants. After dinner we were able to casually walk around and even stopped for a gelato. As I said, the hotel was perfect for us; and if you’re lucky, you’ll meet Samuela!

Pessima esperienza , da come sono stato accolto e tutto il resto. Ho prenotato una stanza singola, non ho da ridire sulle dimesione, ma siciramente se una stanza ha un balcone deve aprirsi, non essere inaccessibile perchè davanti è posizionato il letto.Una struttura datata, per niente accogliente, tralascio la colazione.Da stare lontano, meglio dormire in macchina.

Hotel anni 80, vicino all'aeroporto di Bari. Struttura potenzialmente stupenda, in una fortezza storica, ma rimasta ferma, almeno nell'arredamento agli anni 80. Fortunatamente non lo è per il materasso, comodo. Sarebbero sicuramente da cambiare gli infissi, per nulla isolanti o fonoassorbenti, ma fortunatamente la strada su cui si affaccia l'albergo è poco transitata, per cui il sonno è buono. Pulizia adeguata. Colazione appena sufficiente. In definitiva, per chi deve partire l'indomani mattina presto dall'aeroporto, come noi, è un'ottima soluzione, che garantisce un buon sonno ed evita di doversi immergere nel caotico traffico di Bari la mattina presto. Nel complesso, anche per le attese non eccezionali, colpisce in positivo.

Personale gentile, colazione buona ma struttura un parecchio datata che meriterebbe un rifacimento delle stanze, la pulizia delle stesse non è eccellente. Posto comodo vicino a ristorante buono. In prossimità del mare. Prezzo abbastanza in linea.
