We were taken there after our flight was cancelled, so where do I start? I'll start by saying that the team, despite having unexpected customers around 20 ina, were ready to resolve everything with amazing speed and elegance, from our trusted bartender Vito to the girls in the dining room to the expert waiter, not to mention old😁, both to the manager who I met on the last day, they were practically impeccable... I didn't find a single fault even though I tried hard to find it 😅 5 star service and not 4 star staff, super friendly and at the same time professional, thanks to them I forgot that my flight was cancelled at the last moment, with my wife and 2 little girls we spent another 2 days, perhaps better than the entire 16 day holiday. If you go to Bari near the airport, have them take you here, swimming pool, super rooms, 10 out of 10 service, food, I don't know how to say it but I haven't found a single reason to complain and I'm quite critical being a kritikal gatronomische gmbh if you happen to pass by, stay here it will be your best holiday thanks to all the staff we will come back and this time not for a cancelled flight but for how you made us feel thank you 👍♥️
