Palatino Hotel

Great location. Room overlooking pool wand spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is good we opted for bread, cheese and salad. Perfect start to the day. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Great beaches nearby and a huge choice of tavernas catering for all budgets.

Great family run hotel, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, efficient aircon and plentiful Greek breakfast. Excellent location 10 minute walk from the harbour and lots of bars and restaurants. Pool with lots of sunbeds and a pool bar serving good food, drinks and cocktails. Staff are all so friendly, hardworking and go the extra mile and the owner a gentleman who clearly takes pride in his hotel. Loved Lixouri and would happily stay here again if we come back.

Very nice hotel. Family run with nice staff. Spotlessly clean. Fab pool with a pool bar with drinks & food that were a reasonable price. Effective AC that was included in the price. Wi-Fi free but a bit patchy. 10 min walk to the town & all the restaurants etc. good breakfast supplied with nice breads, eggs, yogurt, fruit etc. Would recommend.

Nice receptionists and workers there. Lovely pool with bar and music open till midnight. Breakfast is amazing , basically an all you can eat buffet. My only problem was the walls are quite thin so you can hear everything. Not the best for light sleepers like my mum . But overall very nice and close to the town and some local beaches

Just had a great stay at the wonderful Palatino, great rural location, very quiet & peaceful. Rooms are a decent size, bathroom & shower cubicle area tad snug but a good shower & plenty of hot water, good AC & not an extra charge. Maid service everyday & everywhere spotlessly clean. Breakfast is good & kept topped up. We had a room overlooking the large garden with the pool just to the left, there are open fields all around which adds to the spaciousness. We got the afternoon & evening sunshine on our balcony which we enjoy (if you like morning sunshine request a sea view room). Pool is a good size with plenty of sun beds with good mattresses, they’re placed well apart & all are on lawned areas around the pool. Nice bar for drinks & snacks. It’s a 10 minute walk to the town square but it is uphill all the way back, it’s not steep but a climb during the hottest parts of the day. Good supermarket just off the square very close to the taxi rank. As always in Greece everyone working at the hotel are lovely & friendly & nothing is too much trouble. The TUI bus arrived early to take us to the port & left without us so the hotel owner very kindly gave us a lift to the ferry terminal. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel it was our first time to Greece and enjoyed it immensely food at hotel good for breakfast and room cleaned every day and short walk to town with plenty of restaurants and bars especially in the square so will definitely return to lixouri again
