This hotel is located about an hour away from Thessaloniki airport. You might think this is far but honestly the location is worth the additional distance. The hotel is run by a lovely local couple and we were made to feel welcome immediately. Even though technically speaking we arrived on day 1 of opening for the season. The grounds are beautifully kept and the pool area is perfect and comfortable. Our room 23 was very spacious with 2 balconies and a huge TV. Our stay was very comfortable and no issues with the air conditioning. It kept us cool and nice. We looked forward to breakfast. My favourite was the scrambled eggs with feta. I would certainly come back here again. It was quiet and a 10 min walk to the beach and 15 mins walk to the Elephant Beach Bar which I am sure will be heaving with people come the high season. Pefkochori is a lovely town. We went in the quiet season so not sure what its like come high season. There is a lovely promenade along the beach with restaurants and bars and shopping such as supermarket an souvenir shopping. I would come back to this area again and its idyllic. Temperature was 22c/23c but when the sun is not covered by cloud, the temperature felt a lot hotter. There is lots of construction ongoing in the area and would recommend flats/sandals or trainers. You could wear wedges for the beach bars otherwise flat shoes is recommended. This is a peaceful area with a lot of locals still in the area who are welcoming, friendly and accommodating. There are lovely beach bars 1. Elephant, 2. Cabana, 3. Leuki Ammos Beach

We had the most wonderfull 10 days at Hesperides. Our hosts made us feel.welcome everyday and made us the most deliciious breakfast daily. The rooms were great and the shower really really good! Not too crowded with a good pool and relatively close to the center. Would love to stay at such a hotel everytime I am.in Greece.

A truly perfect hotel, I cannot fault it at all! It’s family run and the staff are so helpful and friendly! The pool area is clean and gets sun all day long, and is quiet, and you can always get space and a bed because it is a small hotel. The included breakfast was also amazing and served til 11am. The bar is also open all day for snacks and lunch, cocktails and ice cream. The room had everything I needed and was super comfortable, including a king size bed and Netflix on the tv, snd a really great waterfall shower. Location wise it’s also perfect, in a quiet area off the main ***** but only a 2 minute walk to restaurants, shops and bars and a 5 minute walk to the beachfront. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, I am genuinely sad to be leaving today.

What a nice stay we had with 2 teenage girls. Reasons to go to this hotel: 1. Delicious freshly made breakfast with e.g. pancakes, various egg dishes, fresh gravy. Eat and drink as much as you want. 2. Nice room with balcony and wonderful beds and a refrigerator. 3. New bathroom with walk-in shower, rain shower 4. Nice swimming pool 5. Very pleasant and helpful hotel owners 6. Located in a quiet area. No noise, can park your car. But close to all restaurants and the sea.

After having stayed in the summer of 2021 in this hotel, in very pleasant conditions, we had booked in January 2022, a 1-week stay for August 2022, for 6 people in total. 3 weeks before our stay, the hotel canceled our reservation. Without a doubt, it is because prices have soared, and the hotel wanted to rent at more advantageous prices. The stay cost us €1,800, and at that time, it was worth €3,800. The 2 rooms reserved were put back for rental the same day, and were immediately re-let to others.
