I had high expectations after seeing a beautiful insta reel. Upon arriving, the room I booked online wasn't available. Instead, we were placed in connecting room, one of which had a non-functioning air conditioner. Got to our room at 8:30 PM after waiting at the bar (bartenders were awesome) to find water pouring from the ceiling. For a hotel that markets itself as a high-end experience, the lack of efficiency and quality service was disappointing .Currently, I would NOT recommend this hotel. They need some time to figure out all the issues especially given the premium pricing and disorganization.

This is a new Hotel, beautifully appointed, the rooms are very cozy and comfortable, the decorations are pure class. Very quiet and upscale. The staff is very friendly and considerate, to the point of hitting the button for the elevator and holding the door for you when they saw us walking down the corridor. The location can't be beat, a short walk to the best restaurants in Palm Beach and the short walk to Worth Avenue and the shopping. The Japanese restaurant located in the lobby is outstanding. The entire experience is was terrific, and we're veteran visitors to Palm Beach. Recommend highly, won't be disappointed.

Beautiful and clean hotel! Came for all the pink vibes and it did not disappoint! My daughter and I stayed and absolutely loved it! A very Friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back here! As I told them- the only thing missing is some pretty pink and white merch!!:)

Welcoming staff as soon as I left the car to the hotel. My luggage was in my room after I checked in. Friendly staff and smooth check in. Gorgeous hotel inside and out. Beds incredibly comfortable. Water pressure was perfect. Beach service was quick and a wonderful set up.

I don’t usually take the to write reviews; but I thought i would write one today. I Accidentally broke a glass at the bar, and cut my thumb. And luckily one of the servers named Genevieve brought me bandages and some disinfectant and wrapped my thumb. That added to a very pleasant evening that me and my friends could still enjoy. We loved this place. Terrific and amazing food and absolutely enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant. We all can’t wait to get back there again. Thank you and your wonderful staff for making our time very pleasurable. David

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional experience my family and I had at Palm House. As a director in private real estate, I’ve had the privilege of visiting many fine establishments, but this one truly stands out. The hotel itself is stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Our server was not only helpful and attentive but also provided seamless service, even when the restaurant became busy. The communication throughout the evening was perfect—it felt as though we were meeting an old friend. The overall vibe of the restaurant was incredibly inviting, and we’re already looking forward to returning this week for lunch. I must also mention how warm and friendly the management was, which made our experience even more special. Thank you for creating such a wonderful dining experience. We look forward to many more visits.

Wonderful experience! This luxury boutique Hotel is located less than a block from the beach. We hosted some clients in the restaurant, at the Palm House, which turned out to be the perfect setting. Our service was on point and very informative being that the restaurant is a Nobu brand. I can’t speak highly enough of this property. I would like to say thank you to all the staff which were very inviting and eager to accommodate we will definitely be returning soon.

I had the most incredible stay at Palm House! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The atmosphere was serene and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special thank you to Marcos, the manager, who went above and beyond to make our anniversary celebration unforgettable. We were celebrating our anniversary for the first time without our child and wanted to make it special. Marcos and his attention to detail and kindness made all the difference—he helped facilitate a perfect evening for my husband and me, ensuring everything was just right for our dinner. We felt truly cared for throughout our stay. The best part though is the pool area as we got to have a relaxing afternoon. It is perfect for couples. I highly recommend Palm House for anyone looking for a memorable experience with outstanding service! We will be back soon!

We were incredibly disappointed with the service here. Anytime you order anything here, be prepared to wait for a very long time. We are only a day in and our breakfast took over an hour (eggs and oatmeal) and the coffee at the pool took 45 minutes, which is simply unacceptable. I understand that the hotel is fairly new but there in an immense amount of work on the service that needs to be addressed. We would never recommend this place as it currently stands.
