We love coming here annually. The property is gorgeous and well maintained! The rooms themselves go through renovations every several years, and there is plenty of storage space and comfort in them. I love opening the balcony door to hear the ocean waves at night. The resort has many pools, hot tubs; grills, volleyball courts, etc…and plenty of activities for people of all ages. It is a classic family vacation spot, and it will keep me happy for years to come! When we have children, we also plan to take them here.

We stayed here last April and again this March. Nicest place to stay in the area! Rooms are bright and always clean! The service is great each time. The staff go out of their way to check on you - all of them. We stopped in earlier than check in usually is to see about the possibility of an early check in. The gentleman at counter was the nicest I've encountered anywhere! After overhearing my questions about checking in early and why (we were leaving a horrible stay from a different hotel the night before), the manager came over, upgraded our room, and called housekeeping to prioritize getting a room ready for us. they even added on complimentary breakfast - which my kids thoroughly enjoyed! They took our number and called us once the room was ready - way ahead of check in time. The gentleman at the counter remembered our names each day and on check in, he even walked us to the elevators! The lobby is a little lively in the evenings. The beds, sheets, and pillows are all clean and comfy! The linens feel way better than hotel linens. We won't risk trying anywhere else in the area again, we'll be staying back here on our next trip!!

I have some nice things to say about this resort but there is room for improvement. The property is well maintained and we were happy with our 2 bed, 2 bath unit with an ocean view villa. Daily activities were fun and enjoyable. The live music was great and added to the vacation vibe. Restaurant food was prepared well and there were several choices. I especially enjoyed the Mediterranean Salad. It would have been nice if there were more umbrellas at the pool and new deck areas. Also a few dining tables with some shade next to the pool would be a nice addition. The pools aren't very large and can get crowded. Luckily we were there during a non-peak time. Parking can be a challenge inside the parking garage and the parking spots are very small. Two levels are reserved for staff. We had a problem with getting the correct amount of resort credits with the concierge staff, which I have mentioned in my Marriott survey for management to address, but it was an major inconvenience with several conversations to get the situation resolved and it affected our impression of this resort. The area off property is a bit sketchy especially if you want to drive to the downtown area. We drove about 10-15 minutes to the Publix in Palm Beach Gardens because the closest one didn't look inviting.

The hotel is nice and convenient, and staying here on business is a good choice. The hotel room is also relatively large, clean and tidy, the service is also very good, still very satisfied, it is worth recommending.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and provided timely assistance throughout my stay. Moreover, the hotel’s location was a major highlight. Being just a few minutes away from the beach made it incredibly convenient for me to soak up the sun and enjoy the sandy shores. The proximity to the beach added an extra layer of allure to my stay at Waterstone. The rooms were well-appointed, offering comfort and a sense of tranquility. The attention to detail in the room decor was evident, and the amenities provided catered to all my needs. The cleanliness and tidiness of the accommodations were top-notch, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay. The hotel staff consistently went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. From their warm greetings to their willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests, their exceptional service truly exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend the Waterstone Boca Raton Hotel to anyone seeking a delightful getaway. Whether you’re looking for a place to unwind by the beach or simply enjoy an artistic atmosphere, this hotel delivers on all fronts. My stay here was nothing short of wonderful, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Hotel location is very close to the airport, there is a pick-up service, the room is very clean with a small refrigerator, gym pool, breakfast is good, suitable for family travel, business travel.

Property is very nice and close to restaurants...within a little walk and the area is very safe and quiet. Nice pool area although pool bar wasn't open so couldn't enjoy drinks by the pool. Views from balcony were amazing when we were in the 2 bedroom Room 601 we could see the ocean and the canal so the best of both worlds. View from 1 bedroom 916 was overlooking the pool and it too was equally pretty. Each unit has a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. The only downfall to Room 916 is it is apparently privately owned and when we arrived the washer was broken. I contacted the front desk and they let me know to contact the owner. I did and they apparently knew about it but didn't let me know even though they texted me to give me the wifi password. This was only a let down as we are scuba divers and needed to wash towels for our blue heron bridge dive the following day. Parking is only valet and $35 a night, nice bakery/coffee shop on site with a boutique and upscale restaurant in resort. Staff are extremely helpful and make sure to accommodate anytime they can. Highly recommend this is resort just wish this was a way to know if the room you are booking is privately owned or resort owned in case you have an issue. Spa on site lols amazing and they even have a blow out salon!! Optional daily resort fee to include beach chairs and other amenities if you choose.

Laura our server was great. She had great drink and food recommendations was great .everything was fantastic love the beach right outside ocean view was amazing the whole hotel was amazing the room was clean shower was huge. The balcony over the ocean was so great
