"A short overnight stay at Peppers Palm Cove in a lovely clean garden view apartment. The apartment had all the necessary things you need. The pool areas are lovely but crowded & no loungers which was very disappointing with people coming early and reserving the seats then spending no time there. In saying that I don't know how the management can change this perhaps a second row of loungers behind the the first. The included breakfast was very good and a pleasant surprise. Overall a great stay."

They answered my many questions, provided accommodations as requested, and ensured our stay was nothing short of a pleasant experience. Very clean apartment with every amenity you will need, I didn't want to leave. On my last day, my flight departed pretty late, but they allowed late checkout and staying at the pool until it was time to leave. There was also a shower and clean bathroom provided for use before my departure, which was very handy! Would highly recommend."

"We stay at drift for 3 nights in 2 bedroom apartments. Frist things about self check in really complicated we figure out almost 1 hour.we arrive after 6pm so we have to do self chk in.Carpark also confusing because you have to find out your room number frist and can park to your room spot only with dark can't see. We really disappointed with the room it show when we book it 2 bedroom but room almost link together like connecting family room just close the window with blur window so you still can see through and can hear.one of our bath room can't vote the door it broken .hanging on the wall also broken. Bed comfortable close to the restaurant but so expensive to eat in palm cove area.swimpool was big but not heated we saty in.middle May still cold and have spa pool.small heat water. Nice garden.The lady we call before we arrived she is so nice and lively service she can speak Thai."
