"An excellent spot, priced very low. Place looks very run down from the outside. Hardly even looks like a hotel. Inside, everything was brand new and very nice. Room was quiet, lots of light, with a balcony. Better than any other spot I stayed in on my trip. Loved the full kitchen as well."

"The location was excellent. Centrally located to all the greater Palm Springs area right on highway 111. The common areas were clean and free of any trash or debris. The pool and outdoor seating area was excellent and very comfortable. The two bedroom suite was roomy, clean and comfortable. The furnishing however was very dated and could use an upgrade but not a deal breaker. There was NO access to cable tv service or streaming sites, so all the channels were basic local channels. Thankfully we brought our Laptop and were able to stream movies etc that way. The draw backs mentioned would not exclude us from booking here again. The positives out weighed the negatives. Nice place, good location , good amenities."

"Nice place and room. Room was large with nice touches and good A/C which is important is Palm Desert. They could not accommodate our request for 1 hour later checkout. It was so hot in room at some point plastic window blinds melted. Only one chair on patio? Bed was comfortable and large TV."

"The room is very big, very clean, that is, the faucet is not so good, especially the one on the refrigerator in the room. The water is very small and makes a squeaky sound, so I dare not use it. The bathing faucet is not very good. Fortunately, breakfast is not bad. I only stayed for one night. There is no big problem. After the full prepayment, I will pre-authorize me for a deposit of $25."
