Kimpton Rowan Palm Springs

Pleasantly surprised with my stay at Kimpton. Everything you need at your fingertips plus super nice staff. Had a great stay while there. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time! Staff was lovely, and the bed was extra comfy. We came out for our baby moon and really enjoyed our time. I’ll definitely be back!

Best part about the hotel is that it is centrally located in downtown Palm Springs and Pet friendly. Staff was very friendly and pool area had a great vibe! Two small complaints but would not deter me from staying there again….music during the day at the pool needs to be updated and more mainstream music. My car was valet in an open lot next to the hotel with no coverings for three days, should be underground parking when it’s 100 plus and it’s included in resort fee so you don’t have an option ton self park.

Well located in Palm Springs The Rowan is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Palm Springs. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. The rooftop pool offers a lovely view of the mountains, and the dining options are of quality. There are, however, a few downsides, some of which are probably due to the low season in August in Palm Springs. There is no room service after 10 p.m., it’s impossible to get sparkling water after 10 p.m., and no one is available to bring luggage to your room, instead, trolleys are provided for guests to load and unload their belongings themselves. The front desk staff are rather cold and unfriendly. The valets, on the other hand, are extremely friendly. The hotel has a more modern, brutalist style, rather than the 50s/60s design typical of many other places in Palm Springs.
