NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY. NO PETS ALLOWED. NO GLASS BY THE POOL. NO OUTDOOR MUSIC OR AMPLIFIED MUSIC ALLOWED -This is not a party house, city noise ordinances STRICTLY ENFORCED. Outdoor music is PROHIBITED in the City of Palm Springs. No booking for other people. - The property has numerous doors that open onto the pool areas. * All house rules, which will be available to you before arrival and also in the house book, must be followed at all times. * Check-in is after 3PM - Check out before 10am - Pool heating is an extra $70 per day from - Oct 1st and May 1st. Fee will be collected upon check in . Temperature limited to 86 degrees.
