Let’s talk about the dissatisfaction first. Due to my negligence at the time, I only filled out a check-in when two people checked in to book a room. After that, there was no notification the next day that an additional fee of 30 euros per night would be charged. I felt a little dissatisfied with the additional charge. The premise is OK. When I checked in, I was told that I had no objection at all. It was annoying to tell me the next day. Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. However, considering that the room price is around 1,500 per night in the off-season, it cannot be said to be cost-effective.

If you choose to come to the island for vacation, it is a perfect hotel choice! You can go directly to cala mayor beach from the hotel lounge, not big but like a great private beach, not many people. It takes 2 minutes to walk to bus No. 4 and you can go directly to the city center. It is also very convenient to find some restaurants or go to the city. The sea view room is really facing the whole sea, so beautiful! The room has a balcony and Bluetooth stereo, and all kinds of facilities are also very complete. Hotel service is very good, because the day of departure to catch the plane early in the morning, the hotel helped us arrange the taxi to drop off and also helped us pack breakfast, very nice

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Joan Miro Museum in Palma, Mallorca and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. This hotel is a true gem, located just a short distance from the city center and a stone's throw away from the beach.

The service and our room was fantastic. The team went above and beyond to help me surprise my partner’s birthday. However I was little disappointed with the rooftop “pool”, the picture online was very deceptive and appears to be a little bigger/ deeper but it was just a small tub to splash your toes in.
But apart from that the staff was fantastic and very much aestically pleasing x

The view from our balcony is super beautiful. We get to see the whole port and the sea. Room was clean, amenities were enough. And after we checked out, we got to stay at the pool for how long we wanted. The only problem is that the aircon in the room was really bad. We were sweating the whole night. We called the receptionist but he said they only have people to check the next morning.

The hotel is a bit far from the center but bus line 4 takes you there. The reception staff is super nice and friendly, they help you or provide the information you need, it's the best thing about the hotel.
You can have a clothes iron by leaving a deposit of 20 e that will be returned to you on the day of departure.
The rooms are quite old and smell musty mixed with humidity. It is quite cold in the bathroom as it has an open crack that leads directly to the street and cannot be closed or covered. It's a shame because the rooms have a lot of potential if they did a little renovation.
The views from the terrace of the hotel are wonderful to the port.

This price is already very good on Mallorca. The front desk is more expensive than Ctrip. Because I later added a night, the price is more expensive than Ctrip. There is a direct bus to the centre of Parma at the door, which is very convenient.

GgaryongongIt’s a nice hotel for me and I’m travelling alone. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Just that I was assigned room 101 which was located beside the street and hotel staircase, therefore it was rather noisy till 10-11pm. Also, the work desk is small and cramp, which could hardly place my laptop and mouse. The bathroom had windows which were only covered by translucent pieces of curtains which lacked privacy. Anyway, it’s near to nice food, central bus terminal and shopping belt, so it’s all good!

Services: Very stylish with a spa in the basement and a bar and pool on the 4th floor.
Cleanliness: Very clean. I think the cleaning is thorough.
Amenities: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, etc. There aren't many other things, but they say it's for eco-friendliness. You can get it if you ask the front desk.
Overall, I think it's a very good hotel and I recommend it to Japanese people.

Near the seaside the location is very well.
The staff always very welcoming ,friendly and helpful when you need them.
Room was very clean ,spacious balcony and offers a great view of the sea.
Another important thing is the food dishes we had at the restaurant of the hotel. So delicious and healthy choices.
The only issue we had was the lack of the wifi at the room ,we stayed at the last floor. Also we would prefer the bed to be a double one not two single ones.
But the overall value for the money and the experience we had here was just wonderful.
It’s really worth it to stay here.

GGuest UserThere was no electric kettle and you also need to pay for the safety box(I was not able to find the explanation and I asked the hotel staff) and the parking lot. we stayed for 5 nights, but we had to had almost the same breakfast everyday.
It‘s a 4star hotel as long as I know.

原原之鹰The room is very small but the layout is very reasonable and the decoration is quite new. The location of the hotel is very close to the long-distance bus station (next to the ground, not noisy). If you want to go to other places on the island for a day, it is a good place to stay, very close to the city of Parma. Of course, Palma is a holiday resort, and the holiday is too small.

GGuest UserMy positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for.
Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.

AAnonymous UserVery close to the central station in the city center, the surrounding is more convenient. The room is a little old, but it's hard to find a single room at this price in a tourist resort. There is a cafe next to it that can solve the problem of breakfast, and there is an Asian supermarket where you can buy water or something at night
