Amazing hotel, staff, location and very clean and modern inside. Lived the old building.

Superb location. The hotel is small but very neat and tidy. Everything provided but a staff thats warm and welcoming. There is very nice history to the hotel and has some original parts like the beautiful door. Michelin star restaurants only 30 seconds away too. Enjoy!

We’ve just returned from our second stay at the Summum Boutique Hotel in the heart of Palma’s old town, and once again, it was absolutely flawless. We first discovered this gem last April and loved it so much that we returned again this April—and we’re already dreaming of our next visit! From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional—warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Every team member, from reception to housekeeping, made us feel incredibly well looked after. There’s a calm elegance in the way they run things, and it really adds to the sense of luxury and relaxation. The building itself is stunning, a beautifully restored historic property that perfectly blends old-world charm with modern comfort. It’s a joy to just walk through the spaces—so much character and detail everywhere you look. We were kindly upgraded to Room 301, and what a treat! The room was bright, spacious, and exquisitely decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. It felt like a private sanctuary right in the center of the city. The location couldn’t be better. Nestled in a quiet corner of the old town, you step outside onto charming cobbled streets and you’re instantly immersed in Palma’s vibrant culture, with shops, cafes, and historic landmarks all just a short stroll away. A highlight of our stay was using the rooftop pool which you can reserve in 1 hour slots at no extra charge. Having that beautiful space to ourselves was pure bliss, especially with the city views and sunshine all around. Summum Boutique Hotel is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. We can’t wait to return and wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Palma.

We booked here through Jet 2 holidays and wow it was amazing. The hotel is stunning and the refurbishment work that has been done is stunning. Every single member of staff was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast had everything from fresh fruit & yogurt, hams & cheeses and freshly made eggs. Our room was on the 3rd floor and was spotless. I was delighted as it had a GHD hairdryer and straighteners! The location is great as it’s so central yet peaceful as you’re tucked away in a quiet street. We were totally pampered and already we can’t wait to return. Thank you to all the staff.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the old town. Perfect for a city stay. Clean functional rooms and great staff; especially the breakfast and front office team!

This boutique hotel is one of the nicest hotel experiences I have had in a fair while. Central and not far from all the local amenities. Way way way better than the overrated and horrible Es Princep. Some reviews don’t like the configuration of the bathroom and I would tend to agree but it is not something that would be a deal breaker if I were to stay here again. The bed is super comfortable and I had the best sleep I’ve had for a while. The A/c is perfect and not loud. The room is spotless. Breakfast could be better with a few more options for granola but that is just me because the other breakfast options are superb. Small, cosy and excellent service at breakfast. Most delightful staff at every level and the staff work well together as a team. I don’t really want others to find this gem of a hotel but I would recommend staying here
