A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location in the centre of Palma, but quiet also. Immediately the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Service was very good and the spa and roof terrace were very enjoyable. Would recommend thoroughly

We loved everything about the hotel: the location, the roof top with the pool, the room, the spa, the anmosphere and the staff. We loved the breakfast and the bar. We had dinner twice in the restaurant at is was great food and service. We will be back.

This is a lovely hotel on the heart of Palma! What impressed my husband and I the most was the warm and charming service we received from Joaquim Vidal, each request for a service or a restaurant recommendation was met with sincere thoughtfulness and enthusiasm! We were so impressed…he does the job of three people, compared to some similar boutique, high end properties that we frequent. He is a true gem!

The staff and facilities were fantastic. The breakfast was well worth it, with great choices of food and specialist tea! In the evening, the bar was lovely and relaxing, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine. Overall, it is the best hotel we have been to in Palma ( and we have been to several of what we thought was the best)!

A lovely quiet place to stay. It’s in Canavall, very comfortable rooms with a roof terrace with a small pool, which for our spring sunshine was simply Divine. Close to a wonderful set of restaurants, with a spa and underground pool, it really is a great place to stay that has attentive staff as well. Try it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Delightful Palma grand old house, beautifully restored. We were treated like family, what nice people. Joaquin on the front desk sorted out our trip on the Ferrocarril de Soller and booked a great seafood restaurant for us, top marks. He also sorted a hire car for our Sunday lunch with friends near Pollenca and great dinners in Palma. Ten out of ten. Loved the two pools and the bar has a good vibe too.

We stayed at Gloria de Sant Jaume for 4 nights recently. It was a lovely experience and we only have positive things to say about the accommodation. For starters, the building is lovely and elegantly decorated. The room we had which accommodated my husband and I and our son was very spacious and clean. The breakfast is plentiful offering a wide choice of quality food. What made us particularly appreciate this place was the personnel! Top notch people, friendly, professional, always willing to help to make our stay memorable. A particular thanks goes out to Joaquim from the front desk who always went the extra mile to answer our questions and provide excellent recommendations! Thanks to all personnel for their kindness, friendliness and great service. We shall be back!

Gorgeous hotel, bang in the old centre of Palma. The room was stunning with terrazzo tiling etc. Rooftop wth tiny pool was a lovely haven after a hot days sightseeing. Lovely breakfast, decent cocktails and friendly staff. Definitely one for the little black book!
