Wow! This hotel is worth shouting about. A visual feast - the architecture and design is impressive. As a stylist, I appreciate real attention to detail and Hotel Can Cera nails it! Guilia and her team were exceptionally professional yet super friendly. As a solo traveller, I was made to feel welcome and cared for. Always attentive! Small touches like the welcome treats in the room to constantly topping up my room amenities did not go unnoticed - the level of service is second to none. Cleanliness was also faultless. And don’t get me started on the comfort of the bed! Mattress heaven. If I could make one ‘tweak’ to my room, it would be the down lighting in the bathroom. Unflattering and made applying make up etc tricky to see, even with the window wide open. Just a little observation. Us ladies like to look nice on our travels! Location is fantastic - everything you would want to experience in Palma is just a short stroll away. This hotel has just got it! Truly memorable. I will certainly return, time and time again no doubt. A very special place! Oh, and the restaurant! Delicious food produced with such fresh ingredients. Chef’s kiss!

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Can Cera in Mallorca! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything. GREAT walkabiliyy. The staff is truly outstanding—Benjamin and Giulia went above and beyond to ensure we had an incredible experience. The amenities are top-notch, with a fantastic restaurant on-site, two bars, a spa, and plenty of comfortable common areas to relax in. They really set you up for success with a great map of the island and helpful recommendations for restaurants, beaches, museums, and more. Hands down it falls in the top 5 of THE BEST customer service I've experienced in my travels world wide. The only downside was the room temperature—there's either heat or AC, and when we visited, the heat was on. Being hot-natured, we had to open the windows to cool the room down a bit, which was a minor inconvenience. However, everything else about the hotel was perfect, and I'd definitely stay again! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Mallorca. Can not wait to go back!

We stayed in Rm 12, great size, excellent authentic decorum. From the paintings to the single pane window with shutters, everything was beautiful. Our room faced the front street, with the festival, noise was a concern but all ended by 11. The staff, Benjamin, Bruno, and Abril, EXCEEDED all expectations of customer satisfaction. They will ensure you are taken care of and relax for your vacation. They recommend several area items of interest, most notably Can Piza winery with Miriam. One must absolutely go here, the wine, food, and Miriam are a great experience. The La Bodega restaurant was also a great experience for local tapas and drinks. Cannot recommend this hotel and staff enough. Only downside was the darkness of the interior, and no fireplace for the “cold” Mallorca evenings. Great drinks at the bar with attention to details. We cannot wait for our next visit to Can Cera.

We booked Can Cera based on the quality of its reviews and the flattering photos, but the actual experience was far greater than expected. Europe is full of centuries-old converted homes. They usually come with a few quirks--strange room configurations, odd smells, etc. Not Can Cera. The entire place is impeccably clean and modern with a number of comfortable dens and sitting rooms. Both the space and guests are attended to by conscientious and hard-working staff who are present but not omnipresent. They offer you both privacy and hospitality. The care with which we were treated was unmistakably genuine. Benjamin and his team booked our restaurants and arranged for our guides, always putting us in the hands of people who shared their commitment to our enjoyment and well-being. We will most definitely visit again.

This mallorcan boutique hotel is just wonderful. The yard, the restaurant/bar area with the fountain, the saloons and the rooms and suites are exceptionally tasteful, with artworks and antiques. But above it all is the service! Avril, Benjamin, Camilla, Jose and ALL the others are so kind and friendly. They know about your needs and wishes by listining to each word we said. Recommendations were just perfect. After one day it felt like home! Can Cera is located right in the center of Palma. The historic side streets are lovely and the city can easily be discovered be foot. Of course, you hear life outside when staying in the Junior Suite. But we didn't care since we use to live in big cities. But there are more quiet rooms facing the yard instead of the side street. I have a personal list of my "best-of" stays around the world. My no. one was Four Seasons Florence with a huge gap to no. two. Now, Can Cera is sharing my place one and is definetaly worth each of the five stars! We will be back soon:)
