Staying Hotel more than my home

Worst experience I've got in this hotel.
- Totally different with the pictures and informatuon in Trip.com.
- Ezyptian Ants are living in the room even in the 8th floor.
- cockroaches are living in the breakfast reataurant. I saw few cockroaches in the bread.
- Air conditioner makes too loud noise all the time. Can't sleep due to this noise. It makes nightmare everyday.

Great location, clean hotel but room key kept having to be reissued which was kind of annoying. Overall recommended though.

It was the most expensive hotel among the hotels we used this time, but we couldn't make it in time for our flight, so it was a non-refundable cancellation. ️ I had no idea that the local airport in Frankfurt was 130 kilometers away from the main airport.
