We recently stayed at the Palma Riad Hotel, and it completely exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in the heart of Palma’s old town, this hotel is an absolute jewel—the perfect blend of style, comfort, and impeccable service. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. We were delighted to be kindly upgraded to a larger suite, which was beautifully designed—spacious, luxurious, and full of character. The hotel’s ambiance is dark, sexy, and utterly unique—from the dramatic lighting to the rich textures and exotic décor, every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a truly immersive experience. The bar is beautiful, with an inviting, moody atmosphere perfect for an evening drink. One of our favorite parts of the stay was enjoying breakfast in the stunning courtyard. Surrounded by lush greenery and elegant design, it felt like a secret oasis. The breakfast itself was excellent, with a delicious selection of pastries and cooked options to suit every taste. This is a must-stay in Palma—a boutique hotel that offers not just accommodation, but an unforgettable experience.

If you are looking for a unique and special hotel in Palma, Riad Palma is definitly one of them. Very kind people, excellent service, nice room and a delicious breakfast. The rooms are very quiet and we even had a rooftop terrace overlooking the old city of Palma.

Beautifully designed and charming property. Fantastic location just steps from the cathedral. Excellent staff and service - from restaurant recommendations from the concierge to the staff serving breakfast and drinks at the bar. We had a wonderful stay

The details were everything! We loved the vibe and moody look and the hotel smelled amazing! We regretfully only stayed one night but wished we had been able to spend more time at the Palma Riad. It was the perfect way to end our vacation in Mallorca. The staff was most attentive and helpful and we’d recommend this hotel to friends and family. We’ll be back!

A comfortable small hotel brilliantly located in the old town of Palma. We were in one of the larger rooms, with a small terrace, which would have been fabulous in hotter weather but for us was just a nice space to have a cup of tea outside. The decor makes everything feel a bit dark, which might not be to everyone's taste, but in the summer must make for a welcome break from the heat of the city. Our room was very quiet, with a comfortable bed and sitting area.

What a stunning property, had a great experience! Hospitality on point. Special mention for Noe and jesús for taking care of all are needs with such warmth and love. Loved the food and drinks too. Thank you team Palma riad. Looking forward to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palma Riad Hotel recently. We were upgraded to one of their largest suites with one of the biggest four poster beds I have ever seen and same for the bath tub. The rooms are decorated in a dark and exotic way with nice touches like tvs in the antique mirrors. The staff were great and helped us out with anything we asked for. In a great location in the old town minutes from the shops, restaurants and cathedral. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had the best stay with all of the best staff Anita, Noelia, Gaston and Jesus! Room was lovely, ambiance was romantic, breakfast was amazing… this place is a 10 out of 10 and I would absolutely come back and recommend this to friends and family!! Adults only was an added plus!
