Hotel Gabarda

Just got back from another fantastic stay here, the hotel has everything you could want and the staff cannot do enough for you. We will definitely be back again and would highly recommend to anyone. Perfect location and more like a 5 star. If you are looking for a hidden gem with everything you need just off the beaten track look no further

Absolutely amazing! Me and my sister came for a long weekend stay, and it was amazing from start to finish; while a small hotel , it had everything we needed and the hotel was extremely clean! The staff were incredible throughout our stay and always there to help and they provided incredible service ! The breakfasts were delicious and the drinks at the hotel were lovely ! Thank you so much to all the staff at this hotel , it was amazing ! Will be coming back 100% :)

We have just returned after 5 days here & as others have said it’s a lovely place .Not very big about 30 rooms so it’s nice & peaceful. The rooms are spacious very clean & maid service every day there is a kettle & cups & a hairdryer in the rooms .The only one thing is the walls are very thin so you do tend to hear the conversation from next door 😆 . The pool area isn’t particularly big but there is around 15 sun loungers & it’s a sun trap . Breakfast is cooked to order either a choice of full English/ vegetarian option/ continental/ cereals & fruit . The beach is around a 5 minute walk & this takes you into the town were there is an abundance of restaurants to suit every taste . Can highly recommended the LA Diner & Port OCall lovely food & very reasonably priced . Lots of people on the beach in the evening having drinks & food its lovely & very relaxing. The town is nice in the evening no body hassling you to eat . Throughly enjoyed our stay here & just to add the staff are absolutely lovely think that’s what makes it such a lovely holiday 🌞

We really loved this little gem of a family run hotel. The owners and staff make you feel home from home and this is what made our holiday. We have stayed at several hotels in Palma Nova with higher star ratings but this stay will be rated the highest and we will definitely return.

What a place !!! We had such an amazing holiday staying in Gabarda hotel last week … beautiful rooms , cleaned every day , spotless, beautiful big terrace with sun loungers and chairs , air con was free and it was such a good thing to have on during those hot days . Bed was very comfortable, bathroom had everything that you need, there’s a mini fridge in the room and also a kettle and cups of you wish to make your coffee . Staff - from lovely receptionist , breakfast staff , the cook , Antonio on the bar to cleaning ladies were just all amazing. Breakfast was cooked to order , very nice touch . It was fresh and tasted great. The hotel it’s only short stroll to the beach and the ***** with all the bars and restaurants. The pool is adequate size for the size of the hotel , never too crowded and I always found a sunlounger . This hotel organises transfer from /to airport for a fee of 52 euros . We were picked up in beautiful car with air con and the driver was very friendly and helpful. This hotel it’s a real gem in Palmanova and we will be definitely back . First time visiting this hotel and was a little worried as its only a 2 star hotel However this was totally unfounded ,why this hotel is a 2 star is beyond me ,we've stayed in worse 3 star hotels tbh From the warmest Friendliest welcome upon arrival, to the rest of the 9 days we stayed omg top notch . All the staff are the Friendliest we've ever stayed in and we travel alot ,they can not do enough for you Every day . We were in building 2 the Gil across the road ,but it didn't bother us it was only 10 steps away Room was basic ,clean enough and to be honest had everything you needed ,air con and my goodness we needed it as temperature went up to 40 degrees whilst we were there, it had a fridge also a welcome suprise as needed one to keep drinks cold . No tea coffee making facilities but we always take our own . To be honest the nicest thing ever was when we came back one day to find they had put a full size kettle and cups in our room and we didn't need to ask for it , that was lovely 😊 So if you ask I'm sure they will fall over backwards helping you to have a lovely holiday . No other hotel in all the years of travelling have gone to such helpfulness . Rooms were cleaned daily fresh towels every day . Beds were fine a little hard but that's personal preference In general the rooms are fine for the time you spend in them . Breakfast is cooked fresh to order and you never wait long . The hotel is small and the pool is ok for cooling off The sunbeds around 10 of them are the comfiest we've ever sat on Plush cushions are perfect Didn't think we'd get a chance of getting one but tbh we did twice . The bar is so cheap and again they could of put prices up but it's a pleasure they were so reasonable and the drinks are lovely . We enjoyed both days we chose to stay by the pool . There is use of another hotel across the road but we didn't visit that Noise wise at night ,just the usual selfish people who think it's fun to shout slam doors when returning bk to the room . Earplugs resolved that problem. Over all this hotel should be 3 stars not 2 We definitely will return as location is brilliant for palma nova 5 min walk to beach and bars .
