"The location is next to Stanford. Breakfast is included, which is simple and nutritious. The lady at the front desk is very nice!
It's just that the pre-authorization is very slow to be canceled and it takes 15 working days. It has not been canceled yet."
"After a long time of selection, I finally chose this hotel. The hotel is more like a resort, with several accommodation areas and good design. It was very quiet when I checked in at night. The hotel put good night chocolates in the room, which were delicious. The hotel garden is very cute. In the morning, there were wild ducks flying to the small lake in the yard to play in the water. The air is really good and the environment is beyond expectations. It is very convenient to park the car in front of the room. It is only ten minutes away from Stanford University and close to Apple headquarters. It is much more convenient than living in San Francisco. Breakfast is also in the hotel. The waiter is very warm and cute, and can speak a few words in Chinese wittily. The breakfast portion is really large!"
"The hotel is not far from Stanford University. The room is very nice and the facilities are pretty good. The breakfast is very simple, just a piece of bread and milk or coffee. Even after checking out, I still have a $100 deposit that has not been refunded to me more than ten days ago, and After leaving a relatively expensive item at the hotel, I contacted the hotel front desk but there was no reply. I hope Ctrip platform can help handle this matter."
"The room is quite spacious, the service attitude is good, but the room was cleaned too late and the workers went off work. There is free bottled water downstairs, which is the only hotel that provides water during the whole trip. Thumbs up 👍 There is also a kettle for supply, which is a must for Chinese stomachs to drink hot water. In short, I had a good experience staying for three days. It is very close to Stanford, and there is a community center next to the supermarket, which is very convenient. It is very comfortable to walk there."
"Hotel is located near very convenient Stanford, discounted car and shopping are very convenient, the hotel is very clean and the service is very home."
"Park James in California is an excellent choice for business travelers seeking both convenience and comfort. The hotel features well-designed workspaces in the rooms, making it easy to stay productive. The on-site restaurant offers a variety of dining options, ideal for quick lunches or business dinners. Additionally, the location provides easy access to key business districts and transport links. Overall, Park James balances work and relaxation seamlessly, making it a top pick for business trips."
"The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable; a more fluent English speaker would improve the experience. Check-out via human assistance was quick, as the pre-authorization was removed. For a weekend stay in Silicon Valley, it's good value; there are plenty of supermarkets nearby, though they're a few minutes' walk away. I would choose to stay here again. Breakfast is optional."

Amazing
CChenyanyiThe facilities are all there. The hygiene is good. The environment is OK. The service does not deliver meals to the room. Apart from this, everything else is pretty good. The parking fee is $26 per day. If you use the car, you need to tip $2-3 each time.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the central city, the facilities in the room are clean and tidy, the toilet and furniture materials are exquisite and in line with the price, but the face tissues are really bad! Mineral water is not provided either. It is said that it is environmentally friendly to provide you with two sports kettles for free. Do you go to the second floor to fetch water yourself? 🤐 The breakfast place is very small, the elevator 🛗 is only one, there are no public places and facilities, and there is no place to sit with a friend. There is a Japanese restaurant on the first floor downstairs, the dishes are good! But you need to pay a deposit in advance. The price is average.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's environment was great, as were the parking and rooms. The 50 deposit was refunded immediately upon checkout, which was very efficient; just remember to double-check your bill. The hotel itself boasts excellent facilities, and there's even a small snack bar on the ground floor.
PPLGPHILAverage, very dark room in an old wing on the ground floor (not renovated, or at least not recently).
Friendly welcome at check-in, choice of room offered (level).
Basic breakfast (little choice) presented in the reception area (too small). Fortunately,
there is an outdoor patio and, above all, the weather is nice.
No water pressure and no flow at the sink.
Unacceptable: it's a steal: $17.50 charged extra without any explanation.
Invoice wording: ”Amenity Fee” even though we arrived in the evening at 7 p.m. and left at 9 a.m. the next morning without having used any services in addition to the room already paid for on Trip.com (see last photo).
BBih FangAppreciate flexibility of checkin and checkout. We changed from quad room to twin room on the last 2 nights of our stay. We are allowed to move our luggage to the twin room as soon as it’s available. Complimentary tidbits and drink at reception is a plus. However, reception sometimes is not operated as the stated which is from 9am to mid night.
TTomigafuFirst off, I'd like to give a shout-out to the night shift front desk person Tony. He was very courteous and thoughtful in helping me on my arrival day (12 midnight) and assisted with all my needs. Thank you Tony for your efforts! For the hotel in general, it seems the place is understaffed but I believe that is how other hotels operate nowadays post COVID. The location is great and is right in the middle of where I want to be north and south of Bay Area. Many rental car locations nearby so I was able to get to one within 10 mins radius. For the room, I stayed in the king bedroom pool side with patio. The bed was very comfortable and clean. However, the downside was that the connecting room doors were paper thin, and the gap between the door and the floor was more than an inch high, so I could pretty much hear every word the person was saying in the other room. They need to fix that or else guests really don't have any privacy at all. I apologize to the couple in the room next to me because I was on a call at 3am in the morning and didn't realize I had woken them up until they started talking and I knew how bad the sound isolation was. After that, whether it was day or night time, I had to resort to whispering all my conversations because I knew people could hear me in the other rooms.
BBeatles AshramLocation was convinient, however for the slight difference in cost, Holidayy Inn nearby would have been a better option. Old room with wall covering coming off..Shower head was not working properly.
Woken up around 6am with lot of Boise and shouting from other rooms.
After 30 minutes of disturbance, police and fire attended...with 5 police vehicles and 2 fire rescue teams...
Happy to get out of the place..
GGuest UserHotels around Stanford are too expensive. This store is cost-effective, although it is a motel, but everything is fine. Check-in is fast, no deposit is required, the room is OK. quiet. The parking lot is large. Breakfast is too simple, there are apple pie, cookies, Cup Cake, coffee, hot water.
李李It takes about seven or eight minutes to drive to Stanford. The room is very spacious and the space for activities is large. The boss is very enthusiastic. Before we checked in, we turned on the electric heater and the TV was switched to the Chinese station. You may know that we are from China by looking at the name of the order. Fair, if you need hot water, talk to the front desk when you check in. A kettle is provided and parking is free
