I with my wife, children and friends (six people) spent a wonderful week in Madonna. Chalet All'Imperatore exceded our expectations. A great location, restaurant, caring staff made our stay so unique. Pavel at the restaurant was the best! My daughters liked pastas and deserts so much! The room with a balcony and nice views was great as well as the spacious spa and the hot tub outside in the snow. Above all, we felt at home. It is hardly surprising considering that All'Imperatore is a real family business where the owners manage bar, reception, restaurant and drive the shuttle. We regularly ski at Madonna. The last hotel before All'Imperatore was Spinale with the best location there, the next one was Cristal Palace with the best views, yet All'Imperatore proved to be the absolutely best one. We are looking forward to coming back there.

The staff, the food, the facilities, I couldn't find a single fault, from the receptionist to the restaurant staff, cleaners and bar staff. No one could do more for you. the food was amazing and great value. The spa facilities were well used by us every day and perfect for the end of a day skiing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I cannot speak to highly of this hotel. The staff were friendly and so helpful. We were driven in the hotels minibus to and from the slopes each morning. We never needed to wait for this service. The hotel was spotless and the rooms serviced everyday. We used the indoor pool, jacuzzi and outdoor jacuzzi which had to be booked due to covid. We used these facilities at four o’clock when it was not busy and three of us had it to ourselves. Food was excellent. We ordered our breakfast items in advance except for cooked breakfast that you ordered each morning. At breakfast we ordered our evening meal choices. Choices were varied and all meals were beautifully presented. We certainly did not go hungry. Cakes, fresh fruit salad and strudel were available from 4-5pm. We had a family room which was spacious and had a corner seating area and jacuzzi bath. There was plenty of storage space. We absolutely loved this hotel and if we return to this area would certainly be rebooking. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

Sono stato con la famiglia,10 adulti e 4 bambini,in questo hotel a poca distanza dal centro e dalle piste,condotto magistralmente dal sig.Giuliano e dalla sua famiglia.Ambiente familiare,disponibilità totale del personale,cucina ricca ,semplice con utilizzo di materie prime di qualità.Un plauso particolare alle sig.re delle pulizie poichè le camere e tutti gli ambienti comuni sempre super puliti e in ordine.Consigliatissimo anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo,sicuramente ci ritorneremo

Ultimo giorno in questo hotel dove abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane meravigliose. Ottima la posizione a pochi metri dal centro e ottima base per molte delle escursioni che abbiamo fatto. Servizi eccellenti: dalla pulizia delle camere, alla zona relax, alla merenda gentilmente offerta, alla cucina strepitosa, alla gentilezza e professionalità di tutto lo staff...tutto perfetto e impeccabile. Colazione abbondante e letto comodo. Massima attenzione ad allergie/intolleranze. Non so che altro dire se non un grazie per le coccole e le attenzioni che ci hanno dedicato💜. Hotel consigliatissimo

Amiamo troppo il Trentino e tutti gli anni ci facciamo qualche giorno. Quest'anno siamo capitati a Madonna di Campiglio e non poteva andare meglio di cosi per la scelta dell'albergo. Bellissima l'accoglienza, attenta, precisa e premurosa, super fantastici il personale di sala, gustose le merende pomeridiane, cene squisite, ogni sera una delizia diversa. Camera per 3 molto comoda, tutta in legno, con grande bagno e finestra. Forse la Spa è troppo piccola con 2 saune e un bagno turco, se in inverno l'hotel si riempie non c'è spazio per tutti, piscina di ridotte dimensioni ma sufficiente per immergersi un pochino, inesistente lo spazio intorno per le sdraio, però fruibile senza bisogno di prenotare, la vasca idromassaggio con acqua calda è piacevolissima sia interna che quella esterna. Carina e colorata la sala giochi per bambini molto bella e ben attrezzata la palestra. Nel complesso un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Siamo stati molto bene.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo adorabile hotel a conduzione familiare ed è stato un soggiorno davvero rilassante. La struttura è molto curata, arredata in stile montano, con tutte le caratteristiche di un 4 stelle. La stanza era spaziosa, molto pulita e accogliente. Bello il balcone con vista sulle montagne circostanti. L'hotel dispone anche di una spa con piscina interna, molto utile in caso di maltempo e di una vasca idromassaggio esterna in giardino, prenotabile ad uso esclusivo per mezz'ora al giorno. C'è parcheggio sulla strada, ma se serve hanno anche un piccolo garage interno da prenotare all'occorrenza. Noi abbiamo usufruito della mezza pensione e ci siamo trovati benissimo, sia per quanto riguarda la qualità del cibo servito (ogni sera piatti diversi tra cui scegliere e tutti davvero deliziosi), sia per il servizio. Tutti i ragazzi in sala sono stati fantastici: professionali, attenti, gentili e aggiungerei simpatici, cosa che non guasta e anzi rende l'atmosfera decisamente confortevole. Ci è piaciuto anche l'angolo merenda, che ogni pomeriggio offriva frutta e torte/biscotti nella sala bar. Ci teniamo a esprimere la nostra soddisfazione e gratitudine a tutto lo staff ed in particolare al personale di sala. Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel. Grazie e speriamo a presto

Settimana di vacanze estiva con famiglia. Tutto ottimo e perfetto. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile in qualsiasi zona dell' albergo, Attenti a esaudire ogni esigenza con cortesia e competenza. Pulizia degli ambienti ottima, effettuata sempre in tempi celeri. Un piacere Appena entrati in stanza trovare ordinato, pulito e profumato. Buffet colazione e cena vario e ben fornito, come le portate serali. Ambiente informale e tranquillo. Presente una piscina non eccessivamente grande e due idromassaggio, quello esterno prenotabile giornalmente per 30 Min Se ne avessi occasione, sicuramente tornerei e consiglio la struttura
