En el restaurante del hotel tuvimos una atención deficiente. Además, al hacer el pago, vimos que los precios de los platos habían cambiado y aumentado (precios en la carta versus precios en la factura). Al hablar con las personas a cargo, solo desviaban la responsabilidad hacia otros trabajadores; finalmente no dieron solución.

Pésimo, pésima atención, nos dieron una habitación del primer edificio y el ruido es insoportable por los bares de afuera, se puso la queja y se rieron, dizque en otras temporadas es peor. El restaurante pésimo, los meseros no conocen la carta y atuenenden mal, el desayuno un desastre, un huésped devolvió la comida y vi que se la dieron a otro, horrible. Aparte de eso es el único hotel del mundo que no permite entrar comidas, bebidas, domicilio. La nevera de la habitación estaba vacía como 11:30 pm, baje a pedir agua para que mi compañera se tomara una pasta porque estaba enferma y no habia servicio. Compré el agua afuera y el vigilante me la quitó y me amenazó porque le pedia devolverla. Mala experiencia. Como la aduana que quita cosas. De verdad hasta lloré de la rabia e impotencia

Pésimo hotel! Por cuestiones laborales en la ciudad de Pamplona debí ubicarme en el hotel … pésimo servicio desde que llegas, primer hotel que no puedes pedir un domicilio de otro lado porque no! Tiene la política que no puedes ingresar alimentos al hotel ni agua , otra política aún más cómica , los fines de semana te suben la tarifa porque si!! Que incluye la estadía en el hotel los fines de semana que te suben la tarifa, in bellos escándalo por los pasillos de borrachos y trabajadoras sexuales, un ruido imparable de la zona frente al hotel y para cerrar con broche de oro el ruido a las 3 am una sirena de la policía imparable por media hora !! Pero el hotel es tan consiente de de lo principal que es el descanso de los huéspedes que teniendo había raciones alejadas de el ruido te ubican primero en las habitaciones más ruidosas y hasta no tener full no habilitan la zona de menos ruido 🙀!! La comodidad de la habitación pésima , las almohadas parecen piedras, el colchón nada confortable… resumen de la estadía, te levantas trasnochado a trabajar por el ruido y con dolor en espalda y cuello por el colcho y la almohada !! Pésimo hotel
