Pamplona Hotels with Wi-Fi

I’d give it 6 stars if that were possible. From the moment we checked in we knew this was a top notch property. The front desk staff are incredibly professional, friendly and go out of their way to assist wherever they can. Housekeeping is exceptional and the turndown service at night is just wonderful — always leaving us bottles of water and chocolates by our bedside tables. The bathroom towels were luxurious and changed daily, the water pressure in the shower was delightful. Our junior suite was very comfortable and restful and we had a lovely balcony view of the Plaza del Castillo minus the noise from the street down below. In short, we had a WONDERFUL week in Pamplona and this establishment deserves its #1 spot hands down. Muchísimas gracias al Gran Hotel La Perla, lo pasamos de cine. Hasta la próxima.

A tranquil place. Surprisingly amazing service like a 5 star luxury hotel. Fantastic food. I was there for a week and i will go back. the rooms are comfortable, the bed particularly so, there is good air con and plenty of space so it almost feelsl like you are in your country house and not in a hotel. the only problems are small in the context of it all but worth a mension. the shower was not great and it had one of those annoying mixer taps so when some other room starts using water the temperature changes. the range in temperature is too much! each day this surprised me as it just does not fit with the rest of the hotel. the other small issue is a few of the electrical sockets in my room which was a bit annoying. specifically i had to unplug the Nespresso machine to plug my laptop in. That isnt good in the morning! Breakfast is wonderful and Herman is a fantastic host. nothing is too much trouble at breakfast time, even sorting out laundry! dinner and lunch are evidence of a super talented kitchen. How can tomatoes just taste so good. Simple things cooked with a super talented touch.

All right, the hotel and its location. The only really uncomfortable detail was the following: the towels were new and placed them without being washed before, they had a kind of strong chemical smell and when drying did not absorb the water and left you all the body full of pelvis. It was really unpleasant that all the towels for the body were so, I commented at the reception and told me they were new and by error they put them without washing before.

The hotel is very well located in the centre of the old town and the holidays. Very well soundproofed. The reception is warm and professional. Parking is at 36€ for 2 nights, very convenient next to. The hotel is very clean. The room is spacious, the comfortable bed. Breakfast is excellent. There is a tapas bar, everything is good fresh and original. The servers are very nice. In short, I loved my stay in this attaching city. Thanks

This is an older hotel located right downtown. Because of its age, rooms are smaller than average, but they have all been modernized and are very pleasant. Easy to control the heating and air conditioning. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar downstairs, with very friendly and professional English speaking staff. The front desk staff is also super friendly and helpful. No parking provided by the hotel, it might be difficult to find a place to put your car... ask about this when making a reservation. All in all, I'm happy I stayed there and I would gladly return.

The location is particularly good. On the mountain of the old city, it is close to thieves. We are driving to the old city during the Benniu Festival. We can also drive into the city. It feels very windy. The hotel is small and exquisite, it is a castle, so the room is definitely not too big, but the bed is huge, I have never seen such a big bed, it has to be two meters five? Haha very comfortable. The noise during the festival is definitely noisy, just as background music. The Ben Niu Festival is great. This life series belongs to. I feel the entertainment of the Spanish people to the spirit of death. There are so many activities. The body and bones can't keep up. Basically, three or four activities are out of power. At this time, the benefits of living in the city are reflected. You can go back to the hotel to sleep and charge. Then rise high at night. This is a worthwhile trip and I highly recommend this place.

Very easy access by car, parking no problem. Typical business hotel of elevated level in center of city, our preferred choice. 20 min walking to old town. For those who prefer a quiet hotel, even if no business stay. People who want holiday feeling with noisy kids should better look for another place.

Compared to the price, the hardware facilities are not particularly good. But customer service is OK. Breakfast is OK, it is clean.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. In short, everything has been very good.

We had a twin room (on a tour) facing the street but there was absolutely no noise. The windows were double glazed and easy to open. The room was spacious enough to open two suitcases without tripping over each other. The beds, although they seemed hard, were remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was a good size, shampoo, body wash and soap provided. Towels large and the shower over the bath was a good size, good water pressure and a welcome change. Breakfast was great. No cereal but hot choices as well as breads, hams,cheeses. Nice hot coffee that doesn’t come out of a machine. One issue was the lifts and this is just being picky. They stop at floors you didn’t request, they close VERY quickly and will continue to close even if you stand in the doorway. And they really are tiny! However would definitely recommend this hotel.
