I seldom write reviews, but I am really angry. The hotel is 3-star level, and the wifi connection speed is 2G, which is the same as nothing. The room is very hot in summer, there is a problem with the air conditioner, and it is still hot when it is turned on to the maximum wind. There is no elevator in the hotel and you have to carry your luggage up to the 2nd floor. The most irritating thing is that toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, and we are asked to buy them in a small shop in the hotel. 2 toothbrushes and 1 toothpaste cost $10, which is obviously a rip-off.

The hotel is very worn and things are broken in several places without being repaired. the room is worn and sad to be in. The pool is dirty and murky. Indoor pool area is very worn and old. Have been coming to the hotel for over 5-6 years and nothing is new. Won't come again! Sad because it has a great location for Pamukkale.

We did not stay at the hotel, we were picked up from ours to use the “spa.” TLDR: Please do not waste your money for a hamam here. While the ladies were nice, they did a “pat and rub” wash that was barely 10 mins. We all had to shower, wash our face, & shampoo afterwards Three of us went to the spa services at the recommendation of our hotel, Venus Suites. A driver came to pick us up at our hotel for an 80 minute hamam, massage, facial. Firstly, the spa area air space is connected to the pool are which smelled mildew and fungus like. They had three of us change clothes in the same room, although we asked for separate rooms and one of the ladies was uncomfortable with this. Despite this, we stripped our clothes, wrapped the thin Turkish style towels around us and then, without telling us where we were going, MADE US WALK NAKED WITH ONLY A TOWEL AROUND US PAST EVERYONE IN THE POOL (which was full), INCLUDING ALL THE MEN OGGLING US. Needless to say, this is invasive, not at all private, and not spa like at all. The hamam itself was the most disappointing. They used decent gloves, but barely wiped our skin, with a very light touch, to scrub us. I generally do a more brisk exfoliation myself at home. They put some sort of foam on us which was rather useless as they had already soaped us. The whole hamam took all of ten minutes max. They then took us to the massage room where it was not quiet due to the pool being full, including with kids. The “massage” was more of a wipe down with some sort of waxy cream that I could still feel wax from the next morning. They washed and massaged our heads, but then had no mirror, no hairbrush, no comb for us to comb our hair and expected us to walk out back through the hotel lobby looking like a recently bathed Medusa head. They did some sort of chalky face mask, inoybwipingbitbdoen with a wet cloth after, with no facial cream. It wasn’t until we got back to the hotel that we realized two of us still had the chalk on our noses, in our eyebrows and chin. When we asked the women in charge for a hairbrush/comb, she had no idea what we we saying and called the manager. When I explained to him that we had come for a 80 minute hamamthat has lasted only 10 Minutes, he argued that it was at least 25, but since our whole time there was only 60 Minutes, including time to change our clothes twice, this would have been impossible. He offered a blow dryer but no brush or mirror which is useless. He was rather dismissive of my genuine and polite feedback after saying I wanted to be truthful and honest so that his business could do well. It wasn’t until I said that women shouldn’t be made to prade I don’t of men when they are at a spa wrapped only in a thin towel, at which point he waves his hand and said” ok I will change it” and then walked to the payment area. He offered a discounted rate, which I declined because it’s not about the money (although I have to say it was a waste of €150 for the theee of us), it was about

The hotel is average. It is very close to Cotton Castle. 2 minutes drive maybe. The room was dusty. Not well cleaned. Towels are off white and it smells bad. I don’t know if it was cigarette or a smell of rug. Dental kits are not provided so don’t forget to bring yours. Foods are average also. Overall, not a great and bad hotel to stay.

The staff were excellent , very helpful and efficient. The hotel was really clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The Spa was good and easily accessible. The high spot was the food in the restaurant, which was of an exceptional standard and really varied. Really enjoyed our stay.
