"The room and environment are all good. It is very close to Pamukkale. The breakfast is a little stingy. The set meal only has one piece of sausage per person. Everything else is good."

"The Özbay hotel is perfectly fine for a stay in Pamukkale. It was a good value room for the price. Conveniently located near the Travertines and several restaurants. Linens are clean and beds are comfy. Unfortunately, our heater wasn’t working and the room was cold. We asked staff to take a look at the heater, but they only gave us the option to move rooms. We had already unpacked, so we didn’t want to move. But even the next day the staff didn’t try to fix it. The front desk team also didn’t seem to know anything about prices for the travertines, nor have a recommended plan for visiting Hieropolis, nor have any info about returning to the airport besides ordering a private car. All this information is available from other sources in town, but it would have been nice if our hotel could have provided some information."

However, Mr. Tufan was incredibly patient and dedicated in helping us resolve the issue. His assistance and support made us feel safe and secure throughout our time at the Cotton House. The rooms at the Cotton House were immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. We felt a sense of comfort and relaxation in our well-appointed accommodations. Additionally, the homemade breakfast served each morning was simply delightful, leaving us satisfied and ready to explore the wonders of Pammukale.
