We stayed two nights here and they were very peaceful nights with no noise. Just off Main Street but 1 minute walk to many eating places. There was hot water in shower which worked well. The breakfast choices weren’t great either eggs and beans or toast and small fruit salad. Pool looked great although I didn’t go in. Staff friendly and polite.

I stayed at several places in Panajachel, and Dos Mundos was at the top of the list. I enjoyed the facilities and location it was near the lake and Calle Santander, which is the busiest street in the town. Although it was in the center of the town, it was quite quiet, and I had a wonderful sleep. Not to mention the food at the restaurant was great, the best authentic Italian food in town.

Great location and great area.. Garden, small pool, quiet... Now rooms could be renewed. Especially beds that are too hard.. Finally breakfast is not good... Too little quantity and very limited. And not very good . Also had to 'negotiate' to get a third cup of coffee.. Only two were included!! So good hotel for a short stop in the area

Wonderful hotel in a great location to access the lake, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms are first class. Very neat, clean and comfortable. The courtyard is a lovely place to hang out for a rest. Staff is great. The one morning we ate breakfast in the hotel dining room we found the service was somewhat limited. Highly recommend.

The attention of the staff is incredible, they are very attentive. The food is exquisite as always, we ate there every day and look forward to visiting again. It is a very quiet place near the Lake and with secure parking, we love going as a family.

It is a nice hotel, but the attention of its staff does not honor its facilities. Their staff is poorly behaved, they do not provide any type of information. During our stay they made extra charges without informing us that they were not included in the rate and obviously without our authorization, when I was going to make the payment of those “charges” it could not be paid by card, only in cash. Personally, I do not recommend it, nor would I return to that place.

A quiet oasis within the hustle and bustle of the colorful streets of Panajachel. Located near restaurants, sales and a boat dock for the lake. The hotel is very nice, clean, quiet, spacious rooms, with a fan. Breakfast with 3 good options

Bad service, bad service. In the restaurant I had seen that the waiters served poorly, then we stained the sheets with blood due to an accident, we washed them and the maid and the receptionist insisted that it was pee even though it was water, they were wet. They didn't want to let us out even though out of courtesy we had washed them so as not to make them look bad. They treated us badly.

Beautiful hotel in the tourist street of Pana, spacious rooms and superb swimming pool. Breakfast is hearty. The place is perfect for going to see the sunset at the lake or going on an excursion. many bars and restaurants nearby
