Room was spacious. Staff very courteous.
For me location was excellent as I went to Goa for the film festival and this hotel is walking distance from all venues.

Hotel is full of cocroaches. Bedroom door was very unsafe and can be opened easily. We do not suggestcany decent people to book this hotel in goa

Stay was very bad i would say. Ac unit had mouse inside which kept making noise thru out the night and coz of that there was litter all over. Next day i had to switch to other room, which was bigger, but bathroom had cockroaches.

Located on the main road. Plenty of food options available nearby. Miramar beach is located at a walking distance. Nicely maintained rooms and the staff was very courteous and gentle. Overall a perfect place for family stay.

Service is too bad, day too day room service is not done, long waiting for check in, bath towel and coffee water refill done only after multiple requests

Location was the only decent part about the hotel. The room was extremely run down, paint crumbs falling from the ceilings, we were 3 people but initially only 2 pillows and towels were given. Water heater gave warm water maybe for 5 mins tops. Cracks in the wall, in the furniture, linen did not look super fresh. Lobby had some extremely peculiar odor

Located near Miramar beach , with clean rooms and best hospitality. The staff is cordial and will also be helpful. Robin was one of the excellent amongst all. Thanks for a great stay!
