Miramar Residency

The overall experience at Miramar Residency including the Staff behaviour, Room, Location, housekeeping services and cleanliness has been excellent....I would like to visit the property again and again...... Hospitality provided by the team especially Mr Chandrasekhar and Mr Vinod is worth appreciation.....

The property's location, food and services were good. Though, the cottage was quite big but cleanliness was not upto the mark. The only balcony which was a view point for us was very dirty. Similarly, the cupboard in the toilet was very scary as it was not maintained since last many years. It needs immediate cleaning and painting/polishing. Also, the tiles in the toilet needs to be cleaned replaced. Please do the needful at the earliest and make the cottage more comfortable and safe for the tourists like me.

Good food, attendants were cooperative. Furniture quality needs improvement facilities such as intercom, basic consumables should be made available.

Good - 1.Location. 2.Bengali server with moustache (don't know his name) gave good service at restaurant. Very polite and smiling behaviour. 3. Room tariff is affordable. 4. Bed and AC were comfortable. Bad - 1.No wifi available and breakfast not included. 2. Food price is high. Not expected from a government establishment whose room tariff is lower in comparison. 3. No intercom / phone in room. 4. Nobody comes to clean room. 5. Balcony, furniture, curtains, tables etc were dirty. 6. Tv was not working. 7. Room service - You have to remind them several times if you want even a water bottle.

The location is good. Amenities are fine. Food is expensive in the campus. Cleanliness is only average. The maintainence of such good property and spacious campus is poor. It has to be painted, cleaned and made attractive for people to stay there.

Its has lost its charm, poor maintenance. Washroomsand surroundings are not properly maintained.
