I visited Goa for IFFI.. Stayed 8 days at welcome heritage..it’s wonderful Experience.& Enjoyed all aspects of the property.😊

We were 2 mother and daughter. we went to this hotel from North Goa. Next day we were to go Dudhsagar. So we asked some queries on reception after entering there. After getting ready we came to reception as we were going out. so we asked again about Dudhsagar because earlier they don't have any satisfactory reply. Suddenly an old , savage and eccentric type *** came out and started to shout on staff and us too that it's not his responsibility to inform anything about Dudhsagar n all visiting place rather he rudely said why r u going there. Besides that while booking it was showing that they will provide jacuzzi, which was not there. when I enquired they didn't reply clearly. The behaviour of eccentric owner was unacceptable. lights were not proper. Even fan was not working while breakfast. The room was filled with mosquitoes. Room n washroom was very small according to the charges. The room was very filthy and dingy. The owner should be very polite but he wasn't as we were already tensed bcz of our booking. Although it was a hotel of welcome Heritage, we nowhere find the word welcome Heritage,it was everywhere mentioned as panjim inn. It means he doesn't want to show tag of welcome Heritage group with his hotel. We found a lot of difficulty in founding this hotel just bcz of it. He was behaving with his staff n his staff was scared of him. You cannot take n have lunch in the room according to their rules. And also outside food is not allowed inside. We felt as we were stuck in a very bad situation. We booked this hotel for having a feel of Heritage but we found vice versa. So we don't recommend anyone to book this hotel for not spoiling ur time, mood n money.

Centrally located excellent property and well maintained. Amazing food. The staff is polite and very accommodative. Special mention to mr. Saheb.

Lovely ambiance. Very friendly staff. Central to panjim - the heart of goa. I loved my stay there and for me is better than a fancy hotel with modern facilities. Fabulous restaurants around the corner too!

Beautiful heritage property in an amazing location. Have a lot of cosy lounge and restaurant near by. Staff are courteous and food was good. The breakfast could have been better. Rest all are good. Please don’t expect this to be a morden luxury hotel and book only if you like old heritage colonial houses.
