The Crown Goa

Very good location

Enjoyable stay at the Crown Goa. Fontainhas is a very short walk from the hotel, I had a great twilight hour exploring the whole area on foot. Rooms are spacious with luxurious furnishings. Bathroom was spacious with updated fixtures and bedding and linens are expensive and extremely comfortable. Service staff is attentive and courteous. All requests are handled promptly. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Hats off to the chef. Staff at the restaurant was very good as well. Omlette, dosa and Chai were customized exactly as I had requested. There is an in house ******, spa, mini library, Jacuzzi and swimming pool.

This my third visit to the Crown and not without good reason. The hotel is 2 minutes walk to both the heritage Latin quarter and all the main restaurants and shopping. It is the best located quality hotel. The standard of maintenance and cleanliness has remained consistently high. The bedding is clean, crisp and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, quiet and well equipped. The hotel offers rooms that are quaint and modern. There is an on site ****** and salon/ health spa. The hotel pool is clean and beautiful. It has a stunning backdrop view of the Mandovi river, particularly at night with the bridge lit up. The restaurant is clean with ample good quality/delicious breakfast choices of Indian, European and good fresh fruit/ juices on offer. I would suggest you try an evening meal here. I really enjoyed the delicious restaurant food when I last ate here and the fabulous poolside band. The bar cocktails were good too. Daisy at the front desk in particular, ensured my every requirement was exceeded. Daisy has a warm and friendly manner and is quick to resolve any potential situations - she is a great ambassador for all that's good about this hotel. I have absolute confidence and appreciation for her high level of genuine customer service. I observed Chandra the room cleaner, labour to clean the room impeccably, I was impressed with the degree of cleaning. Having stayed at many hotels in Panjim, the Crown remains my preferred choice. At this price point, there isn't another hotel in the vicinity to match it.

Nice hotel in panjim and stayed in this Hotel for official purpose because my office was close by. Welcoming staff and spacious rooms I really liked it. I got some discounts on food and spa too. Will recommend to my all colleagues to stay here.

Good hotel to stay in panjim for business trip. Lobby is close to swimming pool. Variety buffet breakfast is good. Rooms are neat and clean. Reception upgraded my room as my room was not ready. Location is in heart of the city. All major offices are close by

Very good place to stay with family Value of money with good pricing so why to pay high price to big big brands. We met GM of the Hotel at the time of Breakfast. Room size is really really big. All tourist attractions are close by. Robin from housekeeping was very helpful and he is there to always help. GYM, SPA and Swimming pool is also there
