Panama City Hotels with Gym

Service: The customer service was very good! All the individuals were very warm and courteous, especially the staff at the kitchen in the mornings. Breakfast : The breakfast was very good. There were many items to choose from. They also tried to switch up the different food items/options daily. Location: The hotel is a little distant from the Tocumen airport, maybe about 20-30 minutes drive. The hotel is right beside a KFC. There are a few restaurants and a bar nearby as well. Taxis are easy to get at the hotel. Depending on your destination, fare is from 5USD up. Casco Viejo is about 15 minutes away. Amenities: I didn’t really love the amenities. They were no toothbrush/toothpaste provided and other common things that I expected as it relates to amenities. Birthday: It was my spouse’s birthday and we went out and came back and saw that the hotel left a delicious slice of cake, fruits and a letter on our table for my spouse. THANK YOU!!!!😊😊😊😊😊 The hotel was clean. The lobby area is great for photos. The check in process was smooth. The pool has a bar and restaurant with reasonable prices! We enjoyed our stay 😊😊😊

We stayed here for 5 nights to be able to acclimatise to the weather in Panama. We got a room with windows to the floor, which gives a nice touch for the view over the city. The room is ok, spacious, but worn out. Specially the bathroom is in need of a make-over. The beds were mixed, one had a good mattress the other a soft one with a dent in it. Wifi worked very well. Very friendly staff. My main reason for 3 starts is that this hotel advertises itself as adhering to Planet 21, (link to Accor Planet 21 site removed  ) meaning amongst others that they are reducing food waste. Well, have a look at the pictures here and you'll see that a small portion of jelly is in a plastic cup, the abricot jam is in plastic, the butter is in plastic, and the youghurt as well. The third picture shows you the waste after having had breakfast... I know I have a sweet tooth ;) So, not really planet 21...

To start it off right I didn’t think my trip included free breakfast until I arrived and the lady at front desk told me! I was excited about the free food. I loved everything about the hotel and the food was on point and the hotel is very clean. The only thing that worried me is the was the quietness where my room was, it made us overthink a little but that didn’t stop anything we still enjoyed it. I loved all the amenities and the staff was very nice. I would definitely book again if I visit again

Excellent stay at The Crowne. This hotel exceeded our expectation. The room was very cosy and extremely clean. The buffet was delicious with a reazonable price. We could enjoy the swimming pool and it was relaxing. The souvenirs were very nice and affordable. The staff was professional, and we had an excellent and warm welcome. Everything was perfect! Nothing to worry about! I higly recommend The Crowne Hotel Airport. There is also a free shuttle to and from the hotel! I will for sure book the Corwne again. It was my second time there.

I cannot say enough about the front desk staff person. He was so kind about fixing a mistake I made. And traveling with a toddler is never easy, but we were allowed early check in, which was really above and beyond what we hoped for. All the stars for this stellar experience!!

Hotel with extensive facilities, with ******, swimming pool, shops and restaurants. The Las Hadas pastry shop/bar had very good food, good service and was open 24 hours a day. The room was large with a nice view of the Pacific Ocean and they left complimentary bottled water every day. A negative point is that on 1 day they forgot to clean the room. When we called reception to complain, they offered us to do it, but it was already nighttime. As a personal opinion, I didn't like that the bathroom has frosted glass instead of a wall, so I didn't have much privacy.

This was the 2nd time I’ve been in this hotel. It is NEVER a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! Best Western is in the middle of the city called El Cangrejo. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!🥰. Around the corner is my favorite restaurant EL TRAPICHE and I go there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The service is AWESOME!!!!! Around the hotel, there are markets, bakery shop, restaurants, bars, and close to the train and bus station. I had wonderful service and the front desk clerks are AWESOME!!!!!!! I give BEST WESTERN PANAMÁ ZEN HOTEL 10+++++++++++++++

My stay was okay, good location close to amazing restaurants and the multi plaza mall. Breakfast and bar was okay with friendly staff. However the flaws were the room was freezing cold; tried to adjust but remained cold. Turned off the ac for the entire trip but was never hot. Room needs more amenities; offered only coffee we had to ask for tea, no bathrobes or slippers. Also house keeping cleaned rooms at 4 and later when guests are returning from a long day and need to enter. Not a bad hotel but needs to fix those issues.

My stay at Bristol for my 30th birthday was 9/10 . Let’s start with the not so good first. Thank you to hotel staff for the upgrade to the executive suite when we found hair in our bathroom from the older building. Book in the executive sweet when staying here lighting is way better. On my birthday night we were too tired to head out so we decided to dine in the hotel Restaurant I Am Vegan, the staff were aware before arrival. Menu didn’t have much options for me so I wanted to order from room service , kitchen said Room service was out of beyond beef burger I went to front desk and called room service they had the burger I ordered it to my room. Room service brought it to restaurant instead because my sister was still dinning. I knew it might not be possible to have the buger made in restaurant but chef shouldn’t have said it was out of stock I would have gladly returned to my room and ordered it there. I too am in the hospitality industry so I immediately knew that was a lie & got up and ordered it myself. Never lie to guest always be transparent that kitchen won’t be able to honor the request which they should for any guest anyways. Now good news: hotel was accommodating change of room, I received a birthday fruit bowl & heartfelt message love that, room was cleaned daily by the time we got back to hotel, room service employees were patient and kind, but Danany & Johana at front desk made my trip exceptional very helpful I any request I made whether in advance or last minute . They helped me translate with locals over the phone when I was looking for items because no employees spoke English, she booked my birthday dinner at Calle dragones which was so much fun, she even made sure at 4:45 am my sister and I had breakfast sandwiches waiting on us at front desk before our driver picked us up for a 3 hour drive trip to San Blas island. These ladies are the epitome of customer service as I too work in the hotel industry in the Caribbean & New York and felt like I was a home away from home 10 years in the field thank you ladies for making my 30th birthday exceptional

We really enjoyed our time at this location during our recent family trip to Panama City, Panama. The only ding I had was that the room could have use a more thorough cleaning, as we noticed some mold in our room, but I guess its difficult in such a humid climate. The breakfast offered was delicious and the attendants were super involved and attentive. We were met with plenty of helpful hands while traveling with our little ones. We also loved our room and the view from our room during our stay at this hotel. Our refrigerator was stacked with plenty of refreshment if we required anything at a moments notice, but we decided not to purchase anything from the refrigerator while there - so no idea if the cost was reasonable. The pool area was enjoyed by the kids and we also enjoyed the poolside service we were offered while enjoying the pool. We really liked most of the amenities during our time we spent at the JW Marriot and would be happy to stay at this hotel again in the future.
