Service: The customer service was very good! All the individuals were very warm and courteous, especially the staff at the kitchen in the mornings. Breakfast : The breakfast was very good. There were many items to choose from. They also tried to switch up the different food items/options daily. Location: The hotel is a little distant from the Tocumen airport, maybe about 20-30 minutes drive. The hotel is right beside a KFC. There are a few restaurants and a bar nearby as well. Taxis are easy to get at the hotel. Depending on your destination, fare is from 5USD up. Casco Viejo is about 15 minutes away. Amenities: I didn’t really love the amenities. They were no toothbrush/toothpaste provided and other common things that I expected as it relates to amenities. Birthday: It was my spouse’s birthday and we went out and came back and saw that the hotel left a delicious slice of cake, fruits and a letter on our table for my spouse. THANK YOU!!!!😊😊😊😊😊 The hotel was clean. The lobby area is great for photos. The check in process was smooth. The pool has a bar and restaurant with reasonable prices! We enjoyed our stay 😊😊😊

Good hotel overall and great location in Panama. Safe area and easy access to sightseeing spots. Only issue is I was told I would get upgraded due to my Marriott Gold Status but at check-in I did not receive an upgrade. I was told it was fully booked, however, I know that wasn’t the case.

The attitude of the front desk and the concierge service is very good. The water in the shower is very small and the water pressure is insufficient. On the day I left, a very unpleasant incident happened. I am 100% sure that my passport was placed on the sink, but I suddenly found it No, I thought I was screwed, but finally found it under the mattress! Who's insane to put a passport under a mattress? It's not clear that I want them to help find it, and give a tip if I find it? I advise everyone to be optimistic about your passport, and don't give them any chance to hide your passport!

The location is excellent, the place is large, the room is large, the room has a first-class view, the buffet breakfast is rich, the waiter's attitude is first-class, the restaurant in the hotel allows you to enjoy different types of shows, and the price is affordable. It is definitely worth recommending.

The room is big, but not fully functional, there is no bathtub, no USB charging port, the flushing toilet in the bathroom is too loud, dare not flush at night, it will wake people up

Hotel in a quiet lane with nice coffee shops around and a good gym. Pool was out of service and room decors could do with an upgrade. Bathroom size was very good

The hotel is located in a good location relatively centrally located many things are to walk (although you have to walk longer). The rooms include TV and air conditioning but have a little down/old bake and are relatively loud or let sounds pass through windows and doors. I enjoyed my stay at Intercontinental Miramar. It was in a good location. I was able to walk to a mart store for water and treats. I was in a walking distance (about 10 minutes) to restaurants. Also the hop on- hop off bus stop was a few minutes a way. I had a great view and a unit with a balcony on it. It was a bit out dated and was in need of a renovation. My bed was super comfy.
