Location: Location was excellent and view from room was breathtaking. All points , restaurants, market quickly accessible. Rate 5 Room: Family room with view was having huge balcony where you can peacefully seat and enjoy sunset. Rooms were clean and comfortable for family of four. Rate 5 Food: Breakfast was included and the test was good. Good spread to cover all kinds of taste. Though food was little oily. Rate 4 Spa: pls don’t visit. No value for money. The employee was rude and not welcoming. spouse also have similar experience. Rate 1 Overall Rating 4

Niceone hotel for family stay specially kids and couples. ###Nice food quality ###housekeeping is very good. ###Staff is very nice and supportive. ###Parking is good. ###Rooms is clean and spacious. ###Gym is very good ###Hotel location is superb.

Hi. Our stay was excellent. The view was super excellent. Overall great stay. Just one observation. The dining tables in the open terrace have dried food lodged in the crevices. The tables need to be cleaned of food particles on a regular basis. I understand the tables will get dusty since it's in open. But there are dried food particles lodged in the crevices

The property was good and so was the service. The staff was very courteous, The food was top notch but the breakfast spread was not that great. The room had an old television set I suggest they should be changed to smart TVs. Rest the stay was pleasant

Ravine is one of the best properties in Panchgani and has a great view of. The food service and upkeep in hospitable and comfortable. I love this place for its food and comfortable stay . The again eggs in the buffet and the tandoori chai in the breakfast makes it a complete meal .

Location is fantastic, neat and clean rooms, we stayed at valley view plus rooms which has the best of the view of the valley and mountains and river. Food is excellent, service is good, only problem is with the bed and the pillow which is not comfortable. Would recommend for the family to visit and stay at ravine.

The best part about this property is its valley facing location. We stayed in valley side room and were lucky to witness the exotic scenery from the balcony, the mesmerizing sight of the clouds , hills and river. Paisaa vassol location. As regards the other aspects of this hotel, food at restaurant is good and service is fine. KARTHIK ensured that we enjoyed our meals and even gave us complimentary desserts. Flies need to be kept away by the staff at restaurant. Swimming pool is nice and games room is Ok. Clean rooms. Well maintained property. We enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel needs an upgrade!! The room was average as compared to amount we paid. We were expecting a luxurious room however the room was really small and did not live up to the expectations. Had I been visited here 25 years back, it would have made meaning of such old infrastructure, built and beautification. They really need to upgrade everything. Less staff, old walkways, lack of cleanliness. Just because of tennis courts and good gym does not make it a luxurious hotel to stay. They need to stay upgraded with latest trend.

Very good experience. I don't remember the count but we have been visiting this hotel since 2016. It gives you a very good experience and hence we plan our stay at this hotel 3-4 times in a year. I would like to inform that whenever we have visited this hotel our stay was pleasant and peaceful. Thanks to Team Ravine. View is also amazing and attaching few clicks.
